I'm new here and I have noticed alot of unregistered, what does it mean? I was reading one Post last night by a koppen and one minute it showed her as a veteran member then it showed her as unregistered. Why?

I am fairly new and don't know many very well, but it saddens me too. If people keep leaving, there won't be as many informative posts to read. I love reading and posting here.

rocks, WISDOM will be back as soon as he gets things settled after hurricane Ivan plowed through his town. He took a direct hit and suffered a lot of damage. BobT is on vacation and will return in a few days. :il:

Yes, it's sad that so many are leaving Worthy Boards. I don't know what was/is happening, but it isn't good. Satan has been causing a lot of trouble around these boards that past few weeks (months?) I wasn't here for the longest time, but when I came back, I noticed some division around here. It was never this bad, even when VoG posted here (which was quite a while ago actually.)

I hope people like Shadow, Dove, and Calamity come back because these were some of the first people that I met when I joined this board. They were great members, awesome brothers/sisters in Christ. Unfortunately, things happened, and then we lost them (and this also includes newer brothers/sisters in Christ like LCPGUY, Koppen, Kandi, LadyC, etc.)

But we must move on, no matter what happens, because hopefully, one day, they will come back here when God has decided for them to come back. Just keep strong in the faith, and remember who we're here for.

Honey, people get their feelings hurt and they need time to be alone with the Lord and seek His face.

I've had to do that....I've done it several times. People are all different. Some folks recover quickly while others take longer.

Sometimes there's more than meets the eye. People might say they have "a problem" with so and so....but there's also problems with finances, family or health issues.

Oftentimes we over-simplify things. We say that Satan's after us and that may be but we're also under a good deal of stress from other sources as well.

For instance, I know Gary and Patsy and they're under enormous stress in their lives. It's common knowledge and no secret that Gary's mother is very sick and Gary himself is disabled and suffers in his body.

Patsy has an enormous burden on her and has to be strong during times of affliction.

I have blown up and gotten angry at people at times - but I've had other underlying problems like health issues.

At some point, ill health, stress or problems at home can begin to take their toll on people's lives and it tends to amplify emotions.

We're made of flesh and for that reason, God has pity on us. He knows we're weak and knows it's harder to fight the flesh when it's being tested. I hope we can all just remember the word, "grace" and apply it.

Oftentimes we over-simplify problems. We say that Satan's after us and we're under attack and that may be.

However, we often miss the fact that if Satan is attacking us, it's often when we're under a great deal of stress in other areas of our lives, too.

For instance, I know Gary and Patsy and they're under enormous stress in their lives. It's common knowledge and no secret that Gary's mother is very sick and Gary himself is disabled and suffers in his body.

Patsy has an enormous burden on her and has to be strong during times of affliction.

I have blown up and gotten angry at people at times - but I've had other underlying problems like severe allergic reactions to medications I've taken or physical illness has taken it's toll.

At some point, ill health, stress or problems at home can begin to take their toll on people's lives and it tends to amplify emotions.

When you're not well, for instance, it's a whole lot easier to lose your temper and say something you wish you hadn't, than when you're healthy and feeling good.

We're made of flesh and for that reason, God has pity on us. He knows we're weak and knows it's harder to fight the flesh when it's being tested. I hope we can all just remember the word, "grace" and apply it.

Well said Cats. I understand what you're saying. Yes, people do get their feelings hurt. And yes, they do take some time off to work out their problems and to seek the Lord and His Word. This is all true. I've never denied this. But I still believe they will come back in good time nonetheless.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
