The Judge can order him to be shaved since he is U.S military and it is code. I say shave him and then try him, when found guilty hang him.

no need. its not on court order in the ucmj. but army regs. he is a soldier until put to death or realeased. all soldiers are at the armys detention facilities.im trained to work in army prisons.

its all irrevalant. the army doesnt allow for beards in uniform.we will do a forced shave as we do another muslim in custody at ft.leavonworth. the regs require even the convicted servicemembers to maintain standards. shaving is one of them.

we force shave the ssg that killed his battalion commander. because for maj nadal hussein his muslim nature has fully come to fruition. in other words, he like most muslims had to agree to that reg when they joined. he compromised his faith to do that. most muslims i knew in the army didnt mind. they just shaved.

What's the difference in putting them on Photobucket and putting them on here? You can put them in a private album and no one can see them unless you give permission.... at least in a paid account like mine.

yes, we had the ana with us in training, and other afghanis. most of them didnt shave.
