JTC,

AMEN!!! ALLEUIA!

GOD has definitely given you a great wisdom as well. :amen:

Yes, HE never leaves us, and we actually never leave HIM, we are just taught to go down a route that is not straight to HIM, and then HE picks us up when our spirit realizes something isn't right; and HE puts us back on the straight route towards HIM.

The accountable are the ones that made that covenant with the devil to do the devil's will of mayhem, rumors, and confusion.

THey confuse believers at a very young age, and make them think they are falling off a path, but they are not. Not at all. They only problem is that those confused believers spread the false teachings unknowlingly; which spreads to the lineage after them.

Once GOD has them realize they were fooled and HE was always there, then their faith will heightened very far, and they will have no problem to:

1. confess HIS HOLY NAME amongst the world.

2. Follow and belief in JESUS.

2. repent to HIM of all things,

3,confess to others that they have sinned against in order to get them out of the darkness they were fooled to be in ( a difficult one for many but full faith in GOD and HE will give the strength to do this.)

4. forgive all that have sinned against them

5. Pray and fast to keep those demons away and read to stay edified and always aware.

and the path is a joyful ride till DADDY COMES AND GETS US!! :horse: :horse: :horse: ( no more anemity with the animals!!)

KNOW THAT NO ONE CAN TAKE GOD FROM WHO IS HIS!! NO ONE!! ALLEULIA! :101:

They may fool us for a while, but NO ONE CAN TAKE GOD FROM WHO IS HIS!! :amen:

Enjoying all the denominations and looking for the goodness in them and only looking for the goodness is totally correct; as each one has parts of the spiritual gifts of the ONE BODY!!

THis is totally the love that CHRIST is talking about.

As I type, I spiritually and physically cry in joy of GOD allowing someone else to see this here ( I haven't met that many).

GOD has had me know this for many years now from this passage when HE made me first aware years ago:

1 CORINTHIANS 1:27-29:

But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong.

God chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things—and the things that are not—to nullify the things that are, so that no one may boast before him.

AMEN!! KEEP GOING BROTHER!!

The love has to surpass all understanding. :bighug2:

AGAPE :hurrah:

To 7angel,

I was raised Catholic but fell away at 18. I didn't start to seek God again until I was 27. Although I can now see I left God for 9 years, but He didn't leave me. Once I read the Bible I saw all the same things wrong with Catholicism as you do. But I was a baby Christian and really knew nothing. There are still things I don't like about Catholicism. However, as I grew in the Lord I found things that were wrong in all the denominations. For awhile I felt like I was in a wasteland of all errors. But then God started to show me what was right in all the denominations, including Catholicism. I consider Catholicism to be a form of Christianity because they believe Jesus is the Son of God and He died for our sins. I think what Catholicism tried to do was to formalize all the things God asks of us because most people wouldn't do these things on their own. But some of us gain wisdom to see beyond the rituals, and we obey God out of love, rather than fear.

I don't know anything about you so I can't say much to you. But if friendofjesuschrist is correct, then you are at the beginnings of what may become great wisdom. Take it slowly. Keep God in the front of your mind. As your years go on, God will teach you things you can't even imagine yet. As for any organized religion or denomination, learn to look for what they say that is right, rather than their errors. Do this and you will do well.

I tell you the truth, if I not sure to tell the truth, I must not say anything.

Anyone who doubts his own words, is a sinner.

You, did not challenge properly, because you have not mentioned my "errors"

Neither said what are the strengths of the Catholic Church, nor of other denominations

The world is in permanent crisis, economic and social, 2000 years of Christianity and nothing we have moved - why? -

What are the fruits of religions? . because, Jesus says, "" by their fruit you will recognize them ""

What do you mean by this statement? I don't quite understand what you are getting at?

To all

Galatians 1:6-10

No Other Gospel

6 I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel.

7 Which is not another, but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.

8 But though we, or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached, let him be accursed.

9 As we said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

10 For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I yet pleased men, not be the servant of Christ.

The Gospel that I explained, is different from the one you received? - Matthew 23: 1-12

This dress is ordained by God, nothing to do with that of the Pharisees,

To Selene

"You have heard it said, 'Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' But I tell you: Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and chase "

Comparing spiritual things with spiritual

"And we have not received the spirit of the world but the Spirit who is from God, that we may know what God has given us, what we speak, not in words taught by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. "(1 Cor 2: 12-13)

And what makes you think that I don't love you, my brother? Show me where in my post do you see me slandering your church or christian denomination? Was it not YOU who said false things about the Catholic Church? In my post, all I did was defend the Catholic Church. But where in my post did I say anything negative about your Christian denomination? Christ said to love your neighbors and to love your enemies. Christ also said not to judge anyone. Heed His words and teachings, my brother.

Afterall, look at your own post. Already, you are judging the attire of the Pharisees and the Pope. Christ never cared about what a person wears. What is in the person's heart is what matters. Christ never said to change your clothes. He said to change your heart.

For all intents and purposes the catholic church is largely indefensible when it comes to things like mary worship (and all prayers to humans), indulgences, absolution by man, papal infallibility, calls to crusade, and the general acceptance of catholic dogma as equivalent or higher than scripture in authority.

No matter if you agree or disagree with the RCC and it's doctrines, or with any denomination in particular, please lets keep this within the bounds of the TOS and what George wants of this site.

Yes, those chothes were ordained by God, and you can see the similarities with the clothing of the Pharisees in the Bible.

Matthew 23

26. You blind Pharisee! first cleanse the inside of the cup and of the plate, that the outside also may be clean.

27. "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for you are like whitewashed tombs, which outwardly appear beautiful, but within they are full of dead men's bones and all uncleanness.

28. So you also outwardly appear righteous to men, but within you are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.

I would not be in the shoes of the Pharisees

Yes, as you can see from this biblical scripture, which you pointed out, Christ never mentioned their clothes. It was always their behavior that He spoke of. Also, not all the Pharisees were bad. Nicodemus was a Pharisee who brought ointments for Jesus' body (See John 19:39). Christ said not to judge people? This is what happens when you judge a group of people as bad.......you also judge Nicodemus as bad simply because he was a Pharisee. Christ told you not to judge. Heed His words and teachings, my brother. Afterall, we are all sinners and no better than the Pharisees.

Matthew 23

26. You blind Pharisee! first cleanse the inside of the cup and of the plate, that the outside also may be clean.

We are like the cup, no use hiding out regally dressed , God sees everything

27. "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for you are like whitewashed tombs, which outwardly appear beautiful, but within they are full of dead men's bones and all uncleanness.

Regally dressed, not clean inside us, then we are like whitewashed tombs

28. So you also outwardly appear righteous to men, but within you are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.

Regally dressed do not make the man

5 All their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad the phylacteries and the rather long tassels

The misconduct of the Pharisees was hypocrisy, regally dressed them to look like pious people, and people of the time considered them as such, but they were not what they appeared

Jesus rebuked this behavior, why then, we do what the Pharisees?.

Why does the pope, cardinals, bishops - the shepherds, shepherds? with their mega churches etc. adopt the custom of the Pharisees?

What do they want?

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
