God is a Spirit and we must worship Him in Spirit and truth. If we are one with the Spirit then we will know the things of the Spirit, one of those things would be His promises: I will never leave you nor forsake you,(this one promise along puts a hole in the doctrine that one can lose their salvation, now doesn't it, regardless of what we do, He will never forsake us, "NEVER" would also include even if we walk away from Him) : if God be for us, who can be against us? Is there anything too hard for my God? Greater is He who is in me, than he that is in the world! Just keep your mind fresh in the word daily, and talk with God even in prayers, love others, and live to serve. This will help you to stay close to God always. In fact, even when we are faithless God is faithful as He cannot deny Himself. There are many passages that refer to God’s faithfulness. Here’s a few of them.Psalm 33:4 For the word of the LORD is right and true; he is faithful in all he does. Psalm 36:5Your love, O LORD, reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness to the skies. Psalm 86:15But you, O Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness.
