Since someone has nothing better to do with his time then attempt to resurrect old threads, might as well have some fun with it, so let me post a selfie of me at work:

Do you often dream while you're awake?  :lightbulb2:

What about the first superhero: The Shadow. The shadow was not a character on the screen, but only on the radio. You could hear the dire music and his footsteps coming up behind the bad guy and, the errie voices. The shadow had a way of getting to the bad guy by getting to his conscience; he would make the bad guy have heart failure or something like that. There was no real action just dire music, footsteps, the voices.

I've got to admit I've never heard od The Shadow nor have I ever heard a program on radio.  Do  you have a time machine or something?

I am loving all of the superhero movies. Well, most of them anyway. We get the best of both worlds today...the classic characters we've know for years...and the amazing effects computers can add to the stories today. While there ARE some dark, twisted comics these days, which is a sign of the times, most traditional comics are great!

My only problem with mainstream comics...mostly men draw them...and they tend to make the women look like...well, you know.

Dolly Parton?  :biggrin2:

I tend to get tired of the same old thing recycled over and over.  One "Batman" movie was enough, as was one "Superman," etc.  They are putting out far worse things, so I can't really say I am bothered by them, but I don't care about seeing them.  They are just running short of new ideas.

ANT-MAN is a new one.

Ant Man is MY hero.  :mgcheerful:

Any man is not invincible. He would be torn apart by either wolverine or superman. In fact last I checked batman (me) was the only mere mortal that has ever actually gave superman a run for his money...
