no one is righteous in Gods eyes but Jesus.....    when God looks at us, he sees the righteousness of Jesus.   I don't think I would know what was in either of their hearts to know.

I am curious as to who you think Calvin killed? As a Frenchman in Geneva he could not hold any office except that of Pastor. The council (Geneva's government) might have have ordered the deaths of many, but as far as history records Calvin never had anybody killed.

Mother Theresa, for all her good works, once said that she had to help everyone find their own path to God within their own religion, basically that all religions lead to God. So one wonders what she truly knew about the Lord.

Calvin was known to drag heretics through the city streets from horses, but I dont recall him ever having anyone killed either. However, its not our place to judge who got to heaven and who didn't-thats Gods and Gods alone, and quite frankly, Im getting sick of seeing all these "do you think so and so is going to heaven or hell posts" thats not our place. If your worried about them going to hell go tell them about Jesus, stop all these wild posts, its not much different then gossip.

How many people did Paul persecute or watch get put to death? My guess is MANY... but did that stop him from getting saved? No. There is not enough information for me to make an educated guess about whether or not Calvin or Mother Theresa made a confession of faith and turned their lives over to God, so I wouldn't begin to presume anything. As for righteosness? There are none righteos, not one, save Jesus. If John Calvin or Mother Theresa were saved, then Jesus will speak up for them at the judgement. But that will between them and God, so why even try to guess about it?

You are right that we can never judge another person because we don't see their heart.  But God's light seemed to shine through Mother Teresa and everything she said and did, reflected her great love for Jesus.
