We should always treat others in the love of Christ.  I read in James 5:19-20

 

Brethren, if anyone among you wanders from the truth, and someone turns him back, let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death and cover a multitude of sins.

We also have a way we need to approach a sinning brother and sister as seem in Matthew 18:15-17

 

“Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother. But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more, that ‘by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.’ And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church. But if he refuses even to hear the church, let him be to you like a heathen and a tax collector.

Remember the fruit of the Spirit, which we read in Galatians 5:22-23

 

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

I sure am glad God does not give up as quick as man does.

Pray asking God to give you the right words to speak. Speak with love not accusing him - let the Holy Spirit do that and then pray and let God do the rest.

I think it goes without saying we help them get back up again. It also depends on what you define as falling because I often talk to god how I always stumble and fall but I only know to get back up again and keep moving forward. and believe me I have gone through some of the hardest times in my faith where I stumbled and fell daily and was ashamed and discouraged with no hope of overcoming.

 

 But even in those times in my darkest hour I only knew to get back up and keep moving forward

Not too sure, but I know what God told Abraham in Genesis 17:1 and i live by that promise as well..

 

Gen 17:1  And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.

Gen 17:2  And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly. 

 

He has multiplied my blessings for a reason, and not for me, but so that I can pass them on.
