WIP:

Well, you showed me grace when I acted badly. That's true friendship and a test of true Christian love.

When I was down, you stood firm and defended me through thick and thin.

You're one of the bravest people I've ever met; you stand firm no matter what and are committed to your beliefs.

You're stubborn in a very POSITIVE way....you persevere through the hardest of times.

And man, if you even THINK about leaving the boards, I'm comin' after ya!

I want to say that I have learned a lot from so many here on the boards, and I have been encouraged and strengthened by some also.

But if I may, I would like to say a big Thank You Brother Dad Ernie for your prayers for me and my son. Your faith and wisdom from the scriptures and prayers for someone you havent even met have been greatly appreciated.

Also two exceptional hebrew roots guys who have helped me to understand more about my faith and have set me straight on a couple of things I would like to also say shalom my brothers and thank you too!

There have been several here over the past couple years to whom I can count on to agree with me in prayer when I need them to. They have also been very gracious and encouraging, always with a kind word or sound advice.

Dad Ernie stands his ground but I've always noticed that he's able to balance a firm position with godly humility.

so many people have offered help and prayers.

I know we were supposed to keep it nameless..but......I can't

Nebula sent me this awesome book.

Kris sent me a c.d. set. (and a card, it really hit home, it was perfect for what I was going through at that time)Hillsong, For all you've done.

I LOVE the first c.d. Kris :13: I listen to it all the time. thanks a bunch.

(these 3 sisters have been so great. praying for me, and sending an encouraging word.) It was Shannon who sent me this card. It was SO CUTE!!!!! It was a mini book, and it had this sheep. And it talked about like the road of life....you are on a mountain, but then you are in a valley, sometimes you're sad, and sometimes happy. and at then end, you are just dancing for Jesus.

I miss talking to Shelby. She is such a cool woman. she really help me to see the beauty of being a woman, and for taking a stand. It was my first serious topic I think I posted in, and it was about Women in Ministry. It really had me going, and thinking. Shelby was so encouraging, funny, and full of wisdom. (and still is. I dunno what it is with me writing in past tense ...I get it all mixed up :noidea: )

Willow!!!!!! She rocks!!!! She sent me a card (that had to babies on it ...it was so cute, it said something like we cute-ies have to stick together) and she wrote on seperate pages about her life, and she really shared with me, and that was a huge huge blessing. She is one of the first people that I was atttracted to when I came to Worthy chat. she is soooo funny. And i definately miss her. big time. hehehhe...During the GIG (a radio show that goes live and comes on wednesday night...lotsa fun) she would "dance" (not really.....but she would type all these silly things.) she always had a way of making everyone smile, and laugh. There wasn't a day I left WC when she was on, that I didn't have a smile on my face.

Cats has pm'd me. Just to encourage me. to say hello. To check on me. Or my kitty. she even offered to pay her vet bill when my baby was having eye problems. We didn't get off to a very good start....(lol) and after we talked it out...I was just over reacting (lol, typical me) Cats has such a warm heart. So kind, caring and strong. When I was having my ear surgeries and the virtigo, hand foot mouth disease and all that.....Cats kept me from whining about it. She has to be the strongest most enduring person, I have ever not met. The love of Christ seeps out of her and onto everyone she comes into contact with.

Nebula, GymRose, IslandRose, Traveller, Pammy, Shazza these women (and others of the ladies lounge) have helped to shape me just a little more. God definately used them to open my eyes. To see the beauty in myself. They taught me alot about God, about life, and about guys ;):13: I am free. Because these women took their time to talk with me, to share with me, and to be my friend, teacher and or rebuker ;)

Wayne. what can I say about wayne!!!! (hmm. alot :13: and that he needs to come be our youth directer mua haha) Wayne has been there for me. period. he is one of my favorite people :) He has done alot in regards to the "surprise" (that I still cannot say....cause my "mom" hasn't taken me to the post office yet GRRRR) he has done alot in regards to my life. He is there to smack me when I need it (which has been often lately) he's offered prayer, advice, wisdom, and friendship. He amazes me. The Prison Ministry he does affects the lives of those inmates, and he is so cool that he does that. His wife though I haven't talked to her, she seems to be sweet and caring like he.

my friends, you totally rock. All of you. SO many of you have changed the lives of others. Who would have thought! God loves knows NO bounds, including internet, and He works in and out of each of you. May he bless you all.

;);):noidea: Sorry I haven't been around much. I still am concerned about ya'll, and pray for ya'll and think about ya daily. (send me a PM and fill me in ;):P:) )

You know, I think the spirit of kindness and goodwill is far greater than the spirit of darkness and the oppression of our enemy.

Try as he may, he cannot succeed. We are truly a Family...in Jesus Christ.

Bethy, think how cool it'll be when we are all together in heaven praising God together with all our hearts ....pouring out our souls.

You know how much I look forward to meeting the angels?

I am so excited. I'm eager to meet my heavenly family - the one God made for us all to love and enjoy!

It's gonna be too cool!!!!

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
