Are you saying that you reject scripture? How is it that you accept salvation since this is from scripture. If you read John carefully, you will notice the Holy Spirit brings back to memory what we have heard (scripture, since we did not walk with Christ).

 Not at all.  I don't reject any of the Lord's scripture. It is indeed His Spirit that tells us what is acceptable and what is not. it is his  guiding light that lightens up the dark places.

I don't need the internet. i listen to The Spirit of God. You can of course believe what you wish but I tell you the truth when I say the roman catholic canon along with the King James canon, The niv canon Etc. are not acceptable to the Lord of heaven and earth. they will be removed once the King and his Saints come and reposes the earth and put everyone and everything in it's proper place.

 

This is why we are told to: 15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

 

God, through the movement of His Spirit, spoke through holy men. These words are recorded for all of us to read.

I'm sorry for my inquisitive nature of your conversation. I'm an engineer and I got suddenly interest in religious teachings out of nowhere. I did not believe in god few weeks ago, I was agnostic at best and now, for some mysterious reason I begun to wonder if there is more to this world than meets the eye. I feel compelled to read religious works and only God knows why I had come to this site.

That God will intervene and final battle for a sake of humanity's soul will begin. So, I ask you, shouldn't we be weary of any new agent? Whatever ''he'' would claim to appear for us in a name of God or not? How can I trust that the one that I see is a messenger of God and not of devil which can pretend just as well to be one of God's agents?

 

 

Another question, as I read, I found out that devil was first son of God. He was most perfect and most beloved of all his angels. If it's true and that God predicted his son's betrayal then why he allowed all this? I mean, why he allowed seeds of doubt and pride to grow in his son's heart? Why only his most perfect angel choose to rise against his father while majority of angels choose to stick with their father? If he was perfect, doesn't it mean that all angels have capability to doubt God? If the perfect one has fallen, doesn't it mean that all angels have this very same ability, a possibility that any of them too can rise against their father?

Hi Ernestas,  Welcome to Worthy.  No need to apologize for having a inquisitive nature it's one of the ways we learn.  If we never seek then we never will find what we are seeking for.   I don't believe you are here by accident and it is my prayer that you will be compelled as well to begin reading and studying the written word of God the bible and not just religious works alone.  So that you may know the truth and can measure other religious works by God's word found in the bible.   I  had gathered from reading through your post that you have read quite a bit of religious material by your speech and knowledge.  Please "know" that it is the Spirit of the only one true and living God Himself that leads us to Him in order to reveal and make Himself known unto us through his son Jesus Christ.   I would like to ask if you have been forgiven of your sins by accepting Jesus as your Lord and Saviour yet?

Satan when he was created was perfect in that he hadn't sinned against God yet.  I personally believe that God created all of the entire heavenly host of angelic beings regardless of their ranks with a freewill.  I have never believed that God forces us to serve him but gives his creation a choice to serve him willingly of their own accord.  Satan exercised his freewill and chose to rebell against God when sin was found in his heart and he lead a third of the angelic host the rebell along with him (hence his army).  The devil was lifted up in his pride thinking even to this very day that he is going to exalt himself above God and overthrow God and set himself up as god.   You ask why God allowed all this and it is simply because God has had a plan from the beginning "before" anything was created in heaven or created in earth (even before Satan was created) God had a plan and purpose, and all things will work according to his divine plan and purpose from beginning to the end.  For God will be "All in all".   Once again I personally believe that all human beings and all the angelic host of heaven are created with freewill and can rebell against God by their own choice.   It is recorded in God's word that it happened Satan rebelled against God and Adam rebelled disobeying his command.   But all that do so will find out for a surety one day that God is who he says he is and there is none else besides him when he makes Himself known.  It is recorded in the book of Revelation during the tribulation period that God himself is going to pull the heavens apart as a scroll and those on the earth in that day will run and hide in the rocks and mountains and would even pray that the rocks and mountains would fall on them for the fierceness of the wrath of God.  The whole of creation (including Satan) will know he is God as he will manifest himself as every eye shall see and behold his glory.  So yes God could stop it but he has a plan and purpose he is fulfilling and bringing to pass and until it is completed all thing will continue on as they are.

Forgive me Enesta I somehow deleted by accident this part of your post so I had to go back and re do it again. 

 

There are many scriptures found in the bible that foretells to us about the anti-christ and what he will be like during the end-time events that will transpire on the earth.  Scripture does also tell us in 2 Corinthians 11:13-15 - "For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.  And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.  Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness whose end shall be according to their works".

 

Satan during the tribulation period will come in the "form of a man" known as Anti-Christ in scripture.  Satan will not come in the form of an angel during that time period as and he will become the world's leader causing all to worship his image and to take his mark or suffer the consequences.  But Satan will ultimately be overthrown and the kingdoms of the world becomes under the reign and rule of Christ for 1000 years.  At the end of the 1000 years Satan will be loosed from the bottomless pit and he will once again go and try to rally the nations of the earth to go up against Jersualem but he will be brought down.

 

It is very important as a believer to read and study the bible because it is truth and knowing the truth helps us not to be decieved.  Another meaning for the word "angel" is messenger (ministers).  If you know what is in the bible for yourself you will also know it when you hear other ministers (messengers) ministering the word of God.  God's ministers will speak on his behalf therefore speak and teach what is written in the bible.  If one does not want to be lead astray by false ministers and teachers then they must be taught of God in scriptures.  If one has the word of God abiding in their hearts then when on speaks and what they say is contrary to what God has said in his word then one knows they are saying is not the truth and they want be decieved.  Having the knowledge of God and his written word is a powerful weapon when it comes to battling Satan.  The sword of the Spirit being the word of God is part of the armor of God in Ephesians 6 we are to fight with against Satan.   Knowing what is in the scriptures gives us discernment between what is true and what is false.  We as believers have to always be on guard and watch against our adversary the devil for he walks about to and fro in this earth as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour.

Since you are rejecting the biblical cannon as the word of God then how do you "rightly divide" the word of truth? 

 

I am here for the same reason that you are. Do you need the internet? Was it the internet that taught the gospel of Christ to you ? Or was it the internet that saved you? 

 

i don't know where you got the notion that I reject anything. I accept the Lord's biblical  canon and every word that was, is and will be spoken by the Spirit of God. To rightly divide the word of truth you need to first  ask God for His Spirit and when you have received his Spirit he will lead you into all truth. Then you will know his cannon from within.

You specifically said that the King James canon (being 66 books) "Are Not" acceptable to the Lord of heaven and earth.  You proceeded to say that the canon would be "removed"  once the King and the Saints return and reposess the earth.  You have stated in your words here that the canon or scriptures (King James canon included) will be removed or done away with at the beginning of the Millenial Reign of Christ on earth.

 

Then you turned around and said that we should be diligent to present ourselves approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.   The very same truth that you said we are to rightly divide in which you said was not acceptable to the Lord of heaven and earth and that would be done away with. 

 

That is why I have asked the question, "then how do you rightly divide the word of truth"?  If in fact you do not believe the truth in the 66 books of the canon are acceptable to the Lord of heaven and earth and will be removed one day.  You can't have it both ways either you believe the 66 books of the bible as the words of the Lord of heaven and earth or they are not.  Why do you feel the need to rightly divide the word of truth if you do not believe it is the word of truth and that the word of truth will one day pass away?

Openly Curious, I was raised by roman catholic family. While we are religious just by culture, My fathers and I nevertheless done everything that was required from me. I might one day tell my own personal story which I'm sure will surprise you all. Even though, I'm not yet ready to tell more about myself yet.

Even more, why Satan continues his pointless struggle? Doesn't he know god far better than us? He knows his fate then why he should follow it? Why not to change his tactics, try something else or at very least, be content with status quo and be content with that he has. The devil isn't a foolish entity, I doubt that it does not understand his situation and I trust in his nature to seek that is best for him and not vice versa.

Yes the Anti-Christ is going to appear as the son of God "during the tribulation period". The "heads" are governments or kingdoms that will be in power during that time period they will each have a ruler. Each of these world rulers will in fact be allies and be one in mind with the devil. They also will rule with the Anti-Christ for one hour and they all will give their power into the hands of the Anti-Christ and he will become the world ruler as their will be a one world government at that time period. (Revelation 17:7-18 "and here is the mind that hath wisdom")  

Many will no doubt be deceived into believing that the Anti-Christ is the true Messiah and during the first half of the tribualation period he will trick Israel (God's elect) into a peace treaty. But the elect will come to realize that they were deceived and will finally see and no longer be "blinded" that Jesus Christ was the true Messiah that came and died on the cross and will turn their hearts back to him and purify themselves and will stay pure and true to God until the end of the tribulation period. The remnant of the Jews will not serve the Anti-Christ they will not worship him nor take his mark in the foreheads or right hand but will endure to the end.

Now to me that is the power of God at work because the whole world blind with madness will follow the antichrist and worship him and take his mark. But the elect will be saved as they will no longer be blinded in part and will know for a surety that Jesus is King of kings and Lord of lords. But many will be deceived by the Antichrist and will sadly believe he is the true Messiah but there will come a point in the tribulation period when the antichrist will have gained world domination he will turn on the world and demand true allegiance to himself and away from the great city Babylon and from every person on the face of the earth causing all to worship and take his mark or be put to death. The antichrist will turn on everyone in his quest to set himself up as god. We know from the bible that he will fail for he is the son of perdition. We also know from the bible the number of the man or Antichrist is 666 for it is his mark.

Yes the devil does transform himself into an angel of light a messenger or minister of God. The devil is the father of the lie and is the master manipulator in using his lies. He lies in wait to deceive any and all that he can so that none will have faith in the true God. The bible tells us that in our time right now being the last days their will be people who will put themselves out there as true mininsters of God but inwardly they are not from God but only are seeking to devour the sheep or people of God his followers. That is why it is so important to know the word of God so that you will know the truth and be able to discern the lie from the truth. I can trust the word of God found in the bible for God is not a liar. The devil is a known liar and if a person we knew was a known liar we would turn our backs on them and not listen to them any more and that is what we need to do to the devil as believers we need to turn our backs on him and not listen to his lies but follow the word of truth found in the bible.

Now as far as the tribulation time period the things that will transpire on the earth during that will be supernatural things. As you can read about the angelic messengers of God who will literally fly in the heavens (Revelation 14:6-12). One will fly in the midst of heaven preaching the gospel to every person on the earth trying to get the people to fear and worship God. The second angel comes and tells the people of the earth that Babylon has fallen and gives the reason why it was brought down. Then the third angel give warning with a loud voice to all those on the entire face of the earth to not take the mark of the beast or worship him or they'll drink the wrath of God for doing so and suffer eternal torment day and night forever. Then you have the seven angels with the seven plagues (Revelation 15:1-8)and each of them go and pour out their vials of God's wrath upon the earth (Revelation 16:1-21)the first poured theirs out upon those who took the mark of the beast and worshipped him and a noisome and grievous sore fell upon all that worshipped or took the mark. The second poured out the Lord's wrath upon the sea and it became blood. The third pour the wrath of God upon the rivers and fountains of waters and they became blood. The fourth pours out upon the sun to where it would scorch people with fire. The fifth pours out God's wrath upon the seat of the beast and his kingdo to where their was no light and they gnawed their tongues for pain and blasphemed God because of their pain and sores and they wouldn't repent. The sixth pours out God's wrath on the river Euphrates and it dried up. And the seventh pours his out into the air in completion to the plagues on the earth.

People on the earth during this time period will have the gospel divinely preached to them they will be divinely warned not to worship the beast or take his mark they will be divinely persuaded to fear God and worship him or they will be tormented day and night forever if they worship the beast and take his mark. The angels of God will be known by all on the earth and they will be without excuse if the choose to follow the antichrist and not walk in the fear of God after they've heard the gospel preached to them and have been warned concerning the antichrist. But despite all of that people choose not to serve God they don't believe he is God and will not serve him. And it is sad because it was their own choice to do so they could have turned at any given time during that time but the bible says they repented not. If we act on and heed the truth we want be deceived if we don't act on or heed the truth then we will walk blindly on following the lies of the devil into the darkness and cannot see the truth and thus we will be deceived. It is the truth that sets us free.

One thing I know about God and that is that he wants his creatures to serve him of their own accord for God does not make us a slave to him. Unlike the devil who took the whole human race captive at the fall in the garden. To where everyone born into this world would be born a slave to sin. God doesn't make us a slave to his righteousness he wants us to choose it he wants us to know and believe that He is God and none other. He wants and desires a relationship with each of us personally but he want force us into that relationship if we don't want it. It was the cross that restored that choice back to mankind that the devil stole enslaving us to sin. I personally am glad that God gave me freewill and that I said yes to the Lord and repented of my sins and I believe that Jesus died was buried and arose from the grave on the third day. The power of choice is a powerful thing. But I serve God because I love him and I know he loves me because he showed me by sending his Son Jesus to die on the cross for my sin so that I could be restored to rightful fellowship with him. It was my sin that seperated me from the love of God. I also walk in the fear of the Lord in reverence to him.

I do not personally know why God did create the angelic host and the human race with free will for I am not the Creator so I cannot say in full the whole reason why but I do know he had a purpose for doing so as he does everything with a purpose in mind even if I don't know it. My faith in God isn't shaken even if I don't have all the answers to the Why's.

As far as Satan is concerned he really believes in his heart because of his pride that he will one day be God. The devil in his quest fir power to be god he has rejected his Creator and Maker. He really doesn't believe that God is indeed who he says he is. That is the devil's choice that he made willingly but just as with King Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon in Daniel 4 he will be brought down until he knows that the God of heaven rules and reigns and is the Supreme ruler of all that there is and that he a created being is not God nor ever will be the Creator and Maker of all that there is visible and invisible.

I think and believe that the devil is a very cunning and subtle entity and enemy. However I do think and believe that the devil is most fooish because he doesn't believe and have faith in God. He doesn't believe God is Supreme and that God isn't who he says he is and that he can literally overthrown him as God and as our Creator and Maker. Unfortunately according to prophecy the devil will never return back to God by his own freewill choice and the Lord will not always tarry and be longsuffering as his time will wind all the way out one day as has been foretold to us in God's word. I am glad for this knowledge about our adversary and I do not want to follow him into the lake of fire to live forever in torment. I chose and am on another path now that will one day turn to a street of gold right up under my feet. (Revelation 22:11-17)

But right now we are in a spiritual battle in the natural but in the tribulation period the battle will be a supernatural one taking place on the earth and the wrath of God will be poured out. So there is a difference to the way things are now than what they will be like in that time period as far as deception is concerned.

Why has God allow the devil to continue ?

I believe that God could take Satan out anytime he chose and stop all this madness 

when satan sin in heaven first why did God allow him in the garden of eden and not prevent him from going there 

 

Why has God allow the devil to continue ?  Why did not God kill the devil the moment he sin ?

 

There must be opposition in all things. There is no evil without good and there is no righteousness without wickedness.
