It sounds like a convenient way to make replacement theology fashionable again. I expect that's the next step. Catholics need to turn away from the false teachers that are leading them. Yes, of course. It should be pointed out that this view is not only a Catholic view. There are many Protestant denominations that would agree with the Vatican representative. Too many false teachings that is no more than glorified self-righteousness, trying to prove that the gentiles are Jewish. We are grafted into the vine, but we are not native to the vine. The reason for the statement I made was only due to the report coming from the Vatican. For some, that is all it would take to go on a rant. The Jews have always been and will remain the chosen people. That cannot change. what has changed is that some of them now accept Jesus as Messianic. For anyone to come to the conclusion that replacement theology is what the scriptures teach or that the church is separate from Israel one has to close their eyes to the light of the gospel that was preached unto Abraham. When God said to Abraham, in your seed shall all the nation's shall be blessed that meant both Israelites and gentle nation's who would exclusively believe in Yeshua as the Lamb of God for salvation alone.. Pure and simple. Edited November 18, 2014 by Alejandro84
