THe great Delusion sent by God, ? spirtual ?

If we can understand for a moment that, God is in control ,and we are in the flesh , but we have been able to hear the voice of God calling us to him, then we can see as the scriptures show us and tell us of who is God and the Son of God Jesus and all that He did to come in the flesh to teach men

 the ways of God, to not follow the traditions of men,. to learn that He came as a physical, and spiritual sacrifice, to put a end ,and atone for the

forgiveness of Sins and the power of death , then we know we are to worship God in spirit and in truth , for by the spirit we are called through the scriptures that are alive, and turns on our acceptance, and then we are sealed by the spirit, we are told hear what the spirit says to the churches in revelation, we hear that we are to be like our God, to be as He is , and to obey and to follow Him , and to be of truth and in word, and not of the world and the principalities of evil and spirits in high places,

for we are not war-ing against the flesh but the powers of darkness, and so we see the evil that is  and that ,wants to rule, and God and His angels to fight such a evil and demonic presence, so we are to know and understand ,

when God says I will bring a strong Delusion to those that are in disobedience, to believe and to be given into their own sinful ways , for they are not of God but against Him, and so we see that our country ,and the world has turned its evil head to go, against all that God has provided in law and instruction, for they love there evil instead of light,

 they have rejected the gift of God the life and salvation that was paid with great price, and refuse to call on the name of God, but to remove the God out of their lives and out of society , through the laws and the courts and the schools and the work place, we see evidence that we are already in the delusion, and

 as it was in the days of noah , and Sodom and Gomorrah they were given into their own lusts of the flesh and did not see , ? the love of God and His heart for man, for they at the crucifixion spit at Him and hated HIm,  gave Him thorns  for a crown, and nailed Him to the cross, they were given into the delusion to believe a lie, so do you see the delusion is here and many are mocking and scoffing at the thought that God is coming back or even exists.

and so we come to today in our own country we are given into our own ways to reject and to go against the saints and the believers and kill them today, for we see it is not changed, but the genocides have gotten even more great over time, and so I believe we see the great delusion, for we are few, and that road , to the straight and narrow, is hard, ,but will be glorious, in the day of the lord, we will not be the mourners byut filled with joy and peace and glory of God, for we have endured until the end , and we have not given up hope,

 for we push forward to the hope that is not sin, and let this world fade away , for the word of God does not fade away , and we are given into the grace and everlasting life eternal with our father in heaven when He calls us Home, let us today be glad , and shout the praises of Him that is able to save from the roof tops and give to others the reason we are blessed and share the good news with others,

Well we don't have to worry about it.

When I first read this passage, it occurred to me that God is not a deceiver, he is not the father of the lie, so why would he try to fool anybody? After all, he wants to save as a many as possible.

But my understanding is that he does not lie. The deceit actually comes from Satan. God just sends the wicked a delusion, and by this I mean the wicked who are already perishing. The delusion causes them to lose the rationality and discernment that the righteous have (as well as the non-righteous who are yet to be saved). Once anybody loses that power of discernment, they believe anything that suits their own wicked desires... it's almost as if they have lost their conscience and are driven only by their own lusts, greed or whatever. They are blinded to the truth and will fall for any fib that panders to their own base desires.

This makes me believe that the anti-Christ will be a seducer and a charmer (at least for the first three-and-a-half years of his reign until he turns nasty). He will be all things to all men and will promise an Earthly utopia that suits every wicked person's self-interests. Probably like a kind of New Age thing where there is no sin. This is kind of like the false Jesus we hear about today, where people confuse love with tolerance of evil.

Indulging in homosexual activity? No problem, Jesus is not a hater. Like to take drugs and party all night long? No problem, do what you will. Think that you should have something for nothing and are entitled to great wealth? No problem, you deserve it.

Every depraved activity will be tolerated at first and the anti-Christ will be ushering in a new period of peace and prosperity for everybody. After all, how can mankind rise to a higher level of consciousness if he is held back by war. The old, superstitious ways are over and we can only progress if we all join hands and do it together, put aside our religious differences, stop hating and follow the new messiah. Anybody who refuses to join in is holding everybody else back. This of course will be aimed at Christians!

In order to show your allegiance to this new world order you will eventually have to take some sort of mark, anybody who refuses is simply not evolved enough spiritually to understand the new consciousness. Eventually the shirkers who refuse the mark will be persecuted. Their deaths will not matter because the common good is greater.

Now I'm not saying that it will be like this, it's just one possible scenario... but I do believe that the anti-Christ will be a smiling, charmer. This is what the false peace is all about. His mask will slip after some time and his brutal side will start to appear, but by then it will be too late. The unrepentant wicked won't care and they will be actively involved in persecution of the righteous, because the righteous will be holding them back from reaching this new socialist-spiritual paradise that has been promised to them.

Just wondering....why does God send the delusion to the wicked if they already don't want to believe?

I can't remember if it's in the same chapter or not but it's somewhere in the New Testament (probably a Pauline epistle), where God sends them the delusion so that prophecy may be fulfilled. I guess that the antiChrist can't rise to power without the wicked to support him. The delusion is necessary because before the Devil can be destroyed in battle God has to allow him to be in a position of Earthly power in the first place.

“One suggested this, and another that. 21 Finally, a spirit came forward, stood before the Lord and said, ‘I will entice him.’

22 “‘By what means?’ the Lord asked.

“‘I will go out and be a deceiving spirit in the mouths of all his prophets,’ he said.

“‘You will succeed in enticing him,’ said the Lord. ‘Go and do it.’

23 “So now the Lord has put a deceiving spirit in the mouths of all these prophets of yours. The Lord has decreed disaster for you.”

 

 

I would say that God was pretty much behind this deception....   maybe we can look forward to some of the same here in the end.
