These two video's are a very reduced presentation that is delivered to the continuing education classes for local law inforcement people across the country. I spent a couple of hundred dollars for my wife and myself to attend one of these three day class. The documents they speak of here, I held in my hands and speed read through to get the sense of there validity. They are about three years old, but still very valid or worse today.
