Actually this poll is another piece of fake news.  According to a recent Rasmussen poll, Trump's approval rating is 55%.  

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows that 55% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Forty-five percent (45%) disapprove.

The latest figures include 38% who Strongly Approve of the way Trump is performing and 36% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of +2

So the huge difference between 55% and 39% is a dead giveaway. This is a good reminder of the fake polls that were published throughout the campaign by the MSM.

When you consider all the genocide through abortion which Hillary has consistently supported, those numbers would probably match Hitler's.  Add to that the string of dead bodies connected with investigations into the Clinton Crime Syndicate, as well as the people who suffered in Haiti because the Clinton's betrayed them and destroyed their economy, and you have a woman with a lot of blood on her hands.  Of course, the MSM have simply not bothered to report on Hillary's crimes.
