No , all true Christians will be raptured as i said , by true Christians i mean these who believe in gospel of salvation , not hyprocrites who try to save themselfes by works salvation or don't trust in blood atonement of Christ once for all . If you don't believe in comming of Christ at all like some people who think that Revelation was fullfilled 70 ad  or if you delay his comming then you will simply not have rapture crown , there are at least 5 crowns as rewards for what you did on earth , rapture one is probably easiest to get .

Esau sold his birthright for soup in Genesis 25  , birthright was double portion of inheritance ,so if you had 3 children for example , you divided as father your goods into four groups and give firstborn 2x more than any of other children you had .

Believers who are asleep to what is going on will still make the rapture, but yes they will lose crowns.
