What does the bible say?

Sometime after their creation, and most certainly after the sixth day when everything was declared “very good” (Genesis 1:31), Satan rebelled and was cast out of heaven. “How you have fallen from heaven, O morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations!” (Isaiah 14:12). Jesus said, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven” (Luke 10:18), and in the book of the Revelation Satan is seen as “a star that had fallen from the sky to the earth” (Revelation 9:1).

We are also told that one third of an “innumerable company of angels” (Hebrews 12:22) chose to rebel with him. John saw this great wonder in heaven, “…an enormous red dragon…His tail swept a third of the stars out of the sky and flung them to the earth…the great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him” (Revelation 12:3–9).

Since Satan is referred to as a star which fell or was cast down to earth, and Revelation 12:4 says a third of the stars were cast out with him, then the conclusion is that the stars in Revelation 12 refer to fallen angels, fully one third of the heavenly host. If the one-third number is in fact accurate, what assurance that is! Two thirds of the angels are still on God's side, and for followers of Christ, they are on our side as well.

Enoch2021 posted this in another thread and it has some great information:

But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. (Matthew 24:37)

(Daniel 2:43-44) "And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, THEY SHALL MINGLE THEMSELVES WITH THE SEED OF MEN: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.  {44} And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever."

Whoever is "Mingling Themselves" are NOT the 'SEED OF MEN'. (Genesis 6 again)

So the Ten Kings of the End Times are "HYBRIDS"; Echoing (Matthew 24:37 above).

*These go right along with these scriptures :

Now it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born to them, that The Sons Of God saw the daughters of men, that they were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves of all whom they chose.
• Genesis 6:1-2

Now there was a day when The Sons Of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came among them.
• Job 1:6

Again there was a day when The Sons Of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the Lord.
• Job 2:1

When the morning stars sang together,
And All The Sons Of God shouted for joy?
• Job 38:7

And it goes right along with 1 Enoch 6:1-3

And it came to pass when the children of men had multiplied that in those days were born unto  them beautiful and comely daughters. And The Angels, The Children Of The Heaven, saw and lusted after them, and said to one another: Come, let us choose us wives from among the children of men  and beget us children.......

That is some pretty bad exegesis.   That is talking about the Roman Empire.  "Seed of men" is a reference the nations of the world or humanity in general. The Roman empire was multi-cultural and multi-ethnic.  That is what the prophecy foresees.  It is prophesying the historic split of the Roman Empire into east and west.  That is why the iron and clay cleave from each other.   It is not talking about hybrids.  the latter part of the verse jumps to the Kingdom that God will establish and will destroy the other kingdoms.

So you are saying that the "They" in Daniel 2:43 is "The Roman Empire" ?

That doesn't make sense, because "The Roman Empire" is Already "The Seed Of Men".

The "They" in Daniel 2:43 are "Fallen Angels"

The "They" in Daniel 2:43 are "Fallen Angels"

No, the vision is about four kingdoms, Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece and Rome.  Same as in chapter 7.   The iron and clay is the Roman empire.  The Roman Empire was all over the world.  It was a multi-cultural empire that mingled with the seed of man, inter-married in the nations they conquered.

"They" is not fallen angels.  That doesn't even fit what Daniel said the vision was about. Read the prophecy.  The king has a dream about a large statue of a man with a head of gold, arms and chest of silver legs of brass and feet of iron and clay.  It is a vision four kingdoms.

The fourth Kingdom is made up of iron and clay and the clay split from the iron.  Roman split into two parts, east and west.   Daniel interprets the dream for us.   And he says nothing about angels or anything like that.   You are trying  force something on to the text that is not there.

And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things: and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise. And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters' clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay. And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken. And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.
(Dan 2:40-43)

"They" is not fallen angels.

That interpretation of the "They" in Daniel 2:43 doesn't make sense.  Read it again :

And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, THEY SHALL MINGLE THEMSELVES WITH THE SEED OF MEN.      • Daniel 2:43

The "They" and "Themselves" is a reference to "Fallen Angels" "Mingling" with the "Seed Of Men".

The "They" and "Themselves" is a reference to "Fallen Angels" "Mingling" with the "Seed Of Men".

But you're divorcing that one sentence from the rest of the context. The context as a I quoted is about a kingdom not fallen angels.   Sorry, but the Bible isn't saying anything about fallen angels.   "Seed of men"  is a manner of speaking a figurative expression.  There is nothing about fallen angels if you read the entire chapter.

Those aren't "ET's".

God didn't make that book available to us...otherwise it would have been in the Scriptures.

And with that, I am done debating this. It's going to have to be up to the Lord to straighten people out on this when they meet Him in person.

-Sojo414 out.

It was actually available and common knowledge during the time Jesus was here.     SOOoooo, excuse me for totally disagreeing with you, and I'll expect the Lord to enlighten you at some time later.

Show in the text where it says, "fallen angels."

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
