I believe there is one race: Adam's Race. The Scripture says God 'has made all men of ONE BLOOD...'

Our fallen nature has brought about the purely human concept of 'race' to separate between "us and them."

if you start reading at Noah, and when they departed the Ark, and track where each person went from there, you might be surprised at where the differant cultures originated, at leas a good number of them, for it does say who went where, after that, it starts getting a bit sparse.

The Tower of Babel.

God caused the people to speak different languages so they could not understand one another.  So they grouped together by language.

What about Jacob and Esau

Jacob and Esau were after the Tower of Babel.  Since they had the same parents wouldn't they be the same race?

Genesis 11

1 And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech.

2 And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there.

7 Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech.

8 So the LORD scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city.

9 Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the LORD did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the LORD scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth.

v 7-9 explains how they were scattered throughout the earth and became different nationalities.

YES KATYANN YOU ARE RIGHT IT WAS AT THE TOWER OF BABEL THAT ALL THIS CAME ABOUT BECAUSE OF THE SIN IN WHICH THEY COMMITTED GOD TURNED MAN AGAINST EACH OTHER BUT CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHY?
