What's amazing is the historic aspect ... most rainfall ever (Harvey) ... largest fire ever in L.A. ... largest hurricane outside the gulf ... will there be a call for repentance?  That's what I'M NOT HEARING!

Unfortunately I am afraid  there will be repentance from very few :(

I'm sure there are many good works being done in Jesus' name for those in need but sadly, we'll probably only hear of the triumph of the "human spirit".  This verse comes to mind:

Thus says the Lord,
“Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind
And makes flesh his strength,
And whose heart turns away from the Lord."    Jeremiah 17:5

Amen Last Daze, that is very well said.  The media (CNN in particular) is going to very great lengths to try and prove that man is righteous, and essentially teaching all to trust in man to come to his rescue when he is in trouble.  Not one mention of God or even token mentions of prayer with this disaster.....for the first time that I can remember.......it's like they have turned a corner.

My thoughts exactly.  The majority of media coverage will leave the Christian element out and deny Him that glory while they promote their humanistic philosophy of the goodness of mankind.

I long for the day when everyone will speak the truth, when every tongue, even Satan's, will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord!

It's very scary for the world.........I fear it means God might want to prove to them that vain is the help of man.

They will get that education during the seven plagues.

Praise God.  I plan on doing a video or something in the next few days ... because I'm getting overwhelmed with emails asking my thoughts on a bunch of issues.   I want to wait till after Sept 11th.  I'll probably do it around, Sept 13th or so to answer a bunch of these questions by video.
