Why Christian churches have not courts?

"“You have heard that it was said to an older generation, ‘ Do not murder,’ and ‘whoever murders will be subjected to judgment.’ But I say to you that anyone who is angry with a brother will be subjected to judgment. And whoever insults a brother will be brought before the council, and whoever says ‘Fool’ will be sent to fiery hell."

Matthew 5:21-22

council  in Greek language συν­εδρίῳ Definitions: 1) the Sanhedrin, the great council at Jerusalem, consisting of the seventy one members, viz. scribes, elders, prominent members of the high priestly families and the high priest, the president of the assembly. The most important causes were brought before this tribunal, inasmuch as the Roman rulers of Judaea had left to it the power of trying such cases, and also of pronouncing sentence of death, with the limitation that a capital sentence pronounced by the Sanhedrin was not valid unless it was confirmed by the Roman procurator.
2) a smaller tribunal or council which every Jewish town had for the decision of less important cases.

For example, someone of brother insults me. 
Church have no courts.

Someone insulted you?  How does that hurt, your pride?  What good is pride?

I didn't say to be idle around evil. Overcome evil with good. By the way, what good is pride?

Why can't I do as Jesus says Matthew 5:21-22?

I'm pretty sure they don't care. If not, in Church say something like hmbld

I think that a good ideal would be to have your pastor mediate between the two.

If they are believers, they will care. It is the Lord's directions for handling disputes amongst His Body, the Church.

Hmmmm? Does that mean it can't be done?  

No I have not seen it . As I have not had any issues with another believer and or church member that needed the help of the pastor. But if I did I feel this would be the way I would handle it.
