A friend told me a story the other day. I wanted to share because it made me smile. If A evangalist really had the vision my friends pastor told his congergation. I can not discern but i love the message. I would quote the source but do not know the source. The story of the evagalist goes like this.

The Lord took me in spirit to a large room in heaven to speak to me. Several men were sitting on thrones shining with the glory of God. One man stood out and seemed to beam brighter then the rest. After The Lord excused me from his presence as I was walking away he ask me,

"Did you notice Andrew?

I replied "Andrew?"

The Lord said, "Yes, Andrew the homeless man that walked down your street everyday."

I answered "No Lord, I haven't seen Andrew in awhile ".

The Lord Said, "Look, here on the throne before me is Andrew see him?"

In suprise I answered,  "Oh, Yes Lord It is Andrew".  "Did he save many souls for you?"

The Lord Responded, "The two I sent him to are saved. Andrew  did all I asked of him."

With great excitment I asked "Lord, Did you give him a throne in heaven for just 2 souls?"

 The Lord answered. "No, it was a very cold night and several homeless men were gathered in a corner trying to keep warm. I had provided My son Andrew with a blanket for the night. He saw the man next to him shivering. So he took the covering I gave him and covered the man next to him and then asked me to keep the stranger warm".

"Andrew, leaned up against the cold wall with no blanket, shivering and Andrew died."

"He sit's here before me now, because he loved not his own life unto death."

Here is one for you reinitin.

The kingdom of heaven can only be received as a child.

Their was a rich lady , who gave millions upon millions to the poor. She had shelters built , schools made.

She appeared righteous unto men.     She said she believed in Christ but that He was not the only way to heaven.

she said how many paths lead to God.   Many loved her all inclusive views.   She had said JESUS is her way , but others have their own path.

the world loved her message and she won many converts.

Their was a man.    He barley got by.  He gave what little he had to the poor , when he could.

He said Their is but one way unto GOD and that is Christ alone.  He would warn and encourage that JESUS only saves.

that allah cant save , not budda not romes all inclusive message.

He was seen as a hater .

They both died and in eternal torments the lady cried out , O lord , did I not feed many , did I not say you were my way

did I not preach love to all.   And HE answered.   The blood of all those who you left in their false religion did is now ON YOU

and none of her good works were rememberd.

the man died and being in Abrahams bosom The LORD said well done .    YOU TOLD and warned the world that MY SON was the ONLY WAY

and thus you sang such a wonderful song .  to those who even rejected and now burn in eternal hell fire, yet still the song was sang beautifully.

to those who heard it was life.

The woman had given millions , the man just dollars.  Yet on judgment day the man was spared the lady was not.

LET THAT SINK IN REAL DEEP.
