The Final Awakening is Beginning....

What is being witnessed here on this forum in the last month or so is exactly what is about to occur over and over in the church, worldwide. I am sure it already is in many places. If you have not noticed, it is coming to a head and the sides are polarizing more and more. But we have grievously erred here, sadly, and we have been taught from most pulpits and come to believe that our walking in righteousness is simply “positional”, that holiness is not actually supposed to be manifested in our lives, and that victory over the world, the flesh and the devil is .... well... play like. We have been taught that overcoming sin in our lives is impossible, despite a myriad of promises by the master Potter to keep us from falling, and to purify unto Himself vessels fit for HIS use.  We have been taught wrong.

Any attempts to combine faith plus works has been viewed as legalism, and attempting to add to what Christ accomplished.  And truthfully, up till now, with no real way to become truly holy, I understand the error. But the reaction from some, instead of having us cry out to a God for pure hearts and for real victory, has been to angrily lash out at any who suggest God will keep us from falling and make us victorious over sin, labeling them as false teachers and unsaved. These have no patience, no kindness, no concern for the strugglers. They simply want a gospel that allows sin to still exist in our lives sis by side with Christ. It is an impossibility.  

And as the revelation of our new nature begins to come into view, insuring that our walks are fruitful ones, full of good works, the holiness God requires of us is now understood as a promise that excites us, for it is God causing us to be fruitful. As we abide in Him, not only do we not fulfill the lusts of the flesh, as we have been clearly promised, we also come to understand that as we are changed into His image from glory to glory, it will be impossible to not do good works. Why? The potter forms us to do them!

This teaching that sin will never be overcome until physical death accomplishes what Christ’s death could not, has led to stoic religiousness and carnal Christianity, with 500+ denominations all pushing their ‘brand’. And sadly, it leaves us with hard hearts that cannot bear fruit. Willful sin, so clearly warned about in the Word, has been explained away and taught to be the same as the sins we hate but cannot seem to get victory over. Listen. They are not the same.

In the sins like Paul’s of Romans 7, a huge battle with guilt and conviction is lodged deep in ones heart. The Spirit is telling us we need to stop but we do not know how. It is a miserable place to be. trust me, I know. And I am convinced of the Lord, that those who find themselves walking there are about to find true overcoming victory.... the FREE INDEED that Jesus promised to all of us. If they are not there already, they will arrive at the place where they truly hate their fleshly old nature and long to be swallowed up in God’s protection and victory, abiding in Him all day, every day. They will willingly, joyfully, agree to lose their life to allow Christ to dwell in them and reign over them.  They will step out in their new natures and fully understand that the old carnal them died with Christ on Calvary. The joy that understanding brings cannot be understated. 

But as this awakening occurs and the children of light realize that they can, by faith, light their lamps simply by the words of their testimony, those who refuse, who see not need to be so ‘radical’ as to hate their lives, who pride themselves on their walks with the Lord, but with unrepented of sins still hardening their hearts, will see the message of the new nature as a threat to their belief that sin has no more ill effects on us if we are saved. Light is even now beginning to  testify that the ground we have been stranded on ever since the early rain ended in the book of Acts cannot bear good fruit. Life cannot thrive here and God wants us to experience true overcoming life, the glorious liberty of the children of God! What do we need to bring forth MUCH  fruit? The latter rain , and it’s first drops are already here. 

This attempt by many to minimize sin continuing in our lives is nothing short of Satan’s attempt to try to keep real true children of a God to remain in their prison cells even though the doors have been blown off their hinges. Lest we forget, sin is what put Christ on the cross.... OUR sin. God did not send His Son to die in our place only to have us continue to sin and to defend our hypocrisy by telling the lost that our sins that we continue to do with little resistance will not count but theirs will send them to hell. The world is unimpressed with what we have shown them. It is time they saw what real Christianity looks like.

The bride is awakening, dear fellow believers. We have, up til now, been going through the motions of Christianity. We have been visionless, passionless and yes.... lukewarm. We have been given no weapons with which to fight off the enemy when he attacks us with either temptations or accusations. We have been led into pasture that cannot support true overflowing life. But our God loves us far too much to leave us in defeat, in compromise, in worldliness and with secret sins, big or small, holding us down so that we cannot truly abide in Him.

All that is about to change. And it is beginning....now. The valley of decision is now here. Nothing will stay the same. Everything is about to be ahaken and for those who love the Lord and long to please Him , this shaking will leave only Christ in our hearts and the joy we will experience will simply be mind blowing.

and it had started out so strong and good .     this writing .    let a man think their is some kind of awakening and not rather REPENT asap,

and most will just end up in the lake of fire .    I was so excited as I was reading this , till I seen how it started turning out .

Lets compare what and how JAMES talked about error .     IF one of you does err from the truth and one converts him back he has saved a soul from death.

Gideon .    The valley of decision .    For starters that has always been here .   In every generation they had to decide.

We going to follow Christ to the end or they choose sin .    We cant have both .   IF folks don't believe that IN JESUS we can overcome .

Then they wont believe it .    All we can do is exhort .     PAUL said something ,  that I think you either don't want to scare folks with .

BUT pard , if we don't have the SPIRIT we aer NONE OF HIS .   NONE.   and NONE.

AND if we have the SPIRIT the body is dead because of sin .     Those who are CHRISTS have crucified the lusts and affections of the flesh .  

To give hope tomorrow when a man can die tonight ,    that is vain .     WE got to correct asap .

Gids ,   you grave that up .  thatis not what JESUS was implying ,  IF we don't bear fruit then we did NOT continue in HIM.

Maybe you just been attacked a lot and have thought well maybe if I just pander a bit I can win some .  IT WONT work ,  let them think or believe

that at most we just lose rewards ,  wont save anyone .    BUT you spot on about UNBELEIF being the culprit .  FOR if a man believes NOT that JESUS is able to PERFORM

what HE SAID HE WOULD ,  then he walks in unbelief and is in grave danger .   AND JESUS said to those who BELIEVED IN HIM .

IF you CONTINUE IN ME ,   THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE.         my question is , and I know the answer ,    SET US FREE FROM WHAT .

Brother, I have tried to make you understand, and seemingly failed miserably, LOL, that what I am sharing is available to any who hunger and thirst for righteousness right now, today, this very minute. If they choose to wait, it is a risk I do not want them to take, but I cannot make them take it, no matter how much fear I try to put on them. 

Do you not realize that many who have a deep love for the Lord are still stuck in Romans 7, wanting to escape but not knowing.how? Threatening them with hell may jar some loose, but for the vast majority, it simply will not do it. If they could escape the grip of their addictive sin, they would. They want freedom. They simply have not been instructed as to HOW. 

What are you telling the one who is still imprisoned? To try harder? To be more earnest? To fear their splitting hell wide open?  To just STOP? I am trying, with love and patience to share with them what God asked me to share, despite opposition.  Do you think I am pandering to try to win some? You have misunderstood me then, and badly.  

I am praying that you see the heart I have behind my message. If I do not share as you so, and I do love your zeal, btw, please understand that the hand cannot say to the foot, I have no need of you. My way is not your way, but my goal is yours.  I pray you finally get that and stop concentrating on what you perceive as our differences and see we are both longing for all to walk in the Lord with their whole hearts. 

When I talk about our awakening, the fact that some who will believe do not yet do so necessitates talking about it as both a present as well as a future for the church. I am sorry if you do not understand my explanation, because I love you, brother.

Gideon here is part of the problem.    you come preaching good HOLINESS ,  but you add things into your doctrine with certain parables , say ten virgins

or other things ,  that don't mean what you say they do .    Now blending truth with misunderstood parables , is only going to keep causing confusion .

Your shooting off big toes hands .    I know by grace what being set free means and so on ,   and we must be preaching holiness and instruction in righteous with sound doctrine .

But you don't seem me brining in parables and other things to make my point when in fact they don't even mean that .   

You seeing things that are not their .    WE must follow the pattern the early church did .    If we correct or make promises THEY NEVER DID ,   we wont help anyone .

Paul and them were serious about error for a reason and reminded about the power of JESUS for a reason .   the pattern works

the more I read ,  I was led to cry out .     NOW GRAVE IT UP ,    sin is serious and its deadly and the one who commits sin , IS STILL the its servant and in bondage to it

THEY had not been MADE FREE.  which means what .   GET them into the bible ,   learn that pattern and teach that pattern.   it works .  it works for correction

it works for building up ,  it works .     RETURN ONLY to that .   give no false hope of another day ,  teach REEPNT or risk it all.

IF THEY HAVE A DEEP LOVE FOR THE LORD , then they LOVE HIS SAYINGS .    if one is trapped in sin ,  their is a reason WHY they are trapped in sin

JESUS SETS MEN FREE.    WE got to warn like paul did , like james did , like jude,  LIKE CHRIST , LIKE GOD FROM HEAVEN who said , REPENT or else .

THIS WORKS .     Gideon your adding too wont help anyone .    You mean well,  its all over you , that you mean well.   

May Gideon hear this lowly thing , is my prayer .   Oh Gideon I know I am but a lowly man that seems ever so dumb when it comes to the wisdom of men.

BUT what I GOT by grace , I bodly refuse to trade in for anything .  You must hear what this little thing says .    Even if I was not highly trained by men .  AND I actually

THANK GOD FOR THAT .   Better to lowly and humble and LEARN from THE ONE WHO KNOWS all,  than those who are high and mighty and trust in themselves and their wisdom

What am I telling them.   that is a good question .     WHEN it comes to error ,   just remind with the doctrine that paul taught and use their approach towards error .

Its that simple Gideon .   we don't need to add to or take from that pattern.     I don't overworry on how to win anyone .      GOD will give the words needed

and IF they are from HIM , they will in no way contradict the words and pattern of the apostels of Christ who had learned CHRIST .

so the approach towards error should make theirs .    Always teach sound biblical doctrine , always exhort , warn and encourage , but never

point to some great end time awakening , which they never did , they never once said that , THEY said A major end time falling away. 

OH ,  I know when those chastisments increase you better believe some will repent , but not all and most will just continue to fall away worse .

We got ALREADY what the early church had.      IF WE BELEIVE IN JESUS ,   in HEART and not mouth,  BELIEVE YOU ME ,  we already have that rain .

ITS impossible to even believe on him from the heart , to call him LORD and MEAN IT ,   lest its by the SPIRIT .  WE GOT ALL WE NEED .  we have for almost two thousand years .

ITS Just many do not realize it because many are not following CHIRST in SPIRIT and IN TRUTH , IN HEART .

SO ,  the church , the true church has always had and will always have what it NEEDS to supply its every need .   CAUSE all we need IS CHRIST .    the rest of what is needed

HE SIMPLY supplies and he supplies not some , not most , BUT ALL OUR NEEDS and in HIM we can , do and have overcome and in HIM , if we remain in HIM

will always have all that we need .      ALLLLLLLLL that we need , RIGHT NOW .   not tomorrow ,  RIGHT NOW .     and always till the end .

to those who ask .     Problem , the hearts have become enamoured with the treasures of this earth and the heart cannot be in two places .  that is deception .

that is the KEY .    OH little children of whom I travail in birth again, TILL CHRIST BE FORMED IN YOU .    LEARN OF HIM .  READ THAT HOLY BIBLE

LEARN THOSE SAYINGS ,  LOVE THOSE SAYINGS .  HEED the HOLY GHOST which sheds the LOVE that comes FROM GOD on our hearts , for lusts of things can choke it out

MEN have learned LIES ,   and we must PREACH JESUS NOW .   rebuke , correct , warn all , encourage ,   LEARN OF HIM ,   GROW BY AND IN HIM .

Lets go ahead and face some facts today .     THE reason we in such a great falling away is because men have abandoned GOD in search of their own hearts desires .

IF a false prophet and many false prophets arise and WOE THEY HAVE ,   if the false prophets cause billions to fall away

Can those who sat under them BLAME THEM .        Can they pass the buck on the day of judgment and say BUT LORD these men gave us the POISON apple to eat

NO.    YOU know why men and women SIT UNDER false prophets ,    CAUSE THEY PREACH and preached what they WANTED TO HEAR.

A FASLE PROPHET is GODS JUDGEMENT against the DECIEVED .     KEEP IT REAL .  COME on , lets keep it real.

And I will not pander to 0the desires of the false to win them .      IT will be the pattern JESUS taught ,and the apostels taught .

AND IF they do not desire this TRUTH ,   IT IS because the LOVE of the TRUTH is not IN THEM .

and they will go and they will seek out men who both teach and preach WHAT THEY DESIRED .     KEEP IT REAL NOW .

The seeker friendly was lie and sham from its birth .    IF we have to change the pattern , the doctrine to get them into church

THEY nor WE love the TRUTH .   LETS KEEP IT REAL .    cause we running out of time .  We must preach JESUS , HIS GOSPLE must be sounded

NO matter that it offends those who reject him , some will hear ,   we must warn and correct , no matter who this offends , some will hear .

As with the false prophet so with those who sat under them .    What I tell one I tell all ,    MEN who run to and sit under false ones

LOVED a lie , loved death , and did not love CHRIST .  FOR CHRIST will put no desire IN OUR HEART to heed those men or women of belial.

EVEN as new born babe , our hearts WILL NOT DESIRE what they say or teach .  ITS WHAT GOD DID FOR ME .   MY SHEEP hear my VOICE and any strangers they hear not

and will flee.  TIME TO KEEP IT REAL.  EITHER WE LOVE JESUS or we don't .     I love you all,  that is why I remind us all.

I agree on some, Gideon,  but not the determination "I can do this" I can not! But you are preaching to the choir. I would think many here are aware of just what God asks, and endeavor their best as God has directed. We are not a group of first graders sitting around waiting for some great revivalist to show us the way. We are the every day Joe Smo, doing what we believe by faith, to walk according God's will. As taught by the true word.
Concerning John 15. This parable is not about salvation. It is about fruit bearing. The branch that does not bear fruit, is taken away. It is worthless, not even good for a fire. It is taken away. (As by fire) It was IN the true vine. The fruit bearing branches are cleansed, (pruned) by the Father, the vine dresser. The Father removes (cleanses/cuts) the too long branch(us) so there is less of us, but much fruit (Which glorifies the Father) When I discovered this, I realized that everything that appears to be a chastisement in my life, could very well simply be a 'pruning' of the Father. Cool, huh. The vine dresser is the most important "worker" of the vineyard. He KNOWS what to do to get a branch in shape to bear much fruit. This is good to know. When things seem to go wrong at times, loss of a job, friend, hobby, etc, I have learned to trust God's perfect will (pruning) for my life.
I would enjoy your enthusiasm more if it was not so condescending, as if everybody here is as you describe the body. We're here, most trying to learn more of what works from each other concerning our Christian walk. When people constantly lambast the local bodies (churches) they are talking about the different parts, that God commanded when He said not to forsake the assembling ourselves. Yes, they all have problems, full of hypocrites and many lost. But those of us who have decided to stay and fight the good fight and not give up the ship would appreciate a little encouragement occasionally.  I have no data on this statement only a guesstimation, but I would venture to say most here on Worthy were saved at a church, because of a church, or by someone from a church in the past. It's been working for a couple of thousand years, broken down as it is. For the most part, these are God's people, and it's not very wise to make general statements, which would include the remnant.
Study John 15. About abiding, being pruned, finding out about not DOING, but abiding. God does the works. Through us. If we abide. Cool....

Ok, let’s get an example. A Christian man gets into a bad accident and has to use pain medicine while he recuperates. He becomes addicted. He loves the Lord and wants to quit but he simply does not have it in him to quit. He is trapped in Romans 7. Tell me what you would say to him to help him get free. 

Do you understand that multitudes of Christians who genuinely love the Lord are now trapped in sin and want to stop, want to be holy but do not know how? What is your counsel to them to get them victorious?
