St. Malachy (nee Mael Maedoc b. A.d. 1094, d. 11-2-1148) wrote a list of 112 Popes to follow in A.D. 1139, with brief cryptic descriptions of each successive pontiff. By his list the 111th Pope, Pope Benedict, suddenly and without warning retired and vacated his post for no apparent or believable reason. The only Pope to have done so for the past 600 years, Popes are expected to die in office. Pope Francis I becomes the 112th Pope and only Jesuit ever elected? And it gets more interesting. Pope Francis's comments, actions and demeanor are turning the RCC upside down and departing from their traditions and core. No one can deny Pope Francis is a hard core socialist and is aggressively establishing his ecumenical movement, he's a globalist. There's no debating these points, and I see it as an attempt for a 'one world system'. I find it extremely interesting the accuracy and the count of the Prophesy of the Popes. We know for a fact when the Lord gives a prophesy to us, it will be 100% accurate 100% of the time. I'm of the opinion everything we are allowed and need to know is all contained in the Bible and there's nothing else forth coming, it is complete and finished. I don't know what to make out of the apparent accuracy of the predictions in the Prophesy of the Popes. The statistics of the count alone I find hard to believe is by chance. COMMENTS? Jeremiah 23:32 (KJV) Behold, I am against them that prophesy false dreams, saith the LORD, and do tell them, and cause my people to err by their lies, and by their lightness; yet I sent them not, nor commanded them: therefore they shall not profit this people at all, saith the LORD.

The books predicted the resignation of Pope Benedict a year before it happened.... and all from different people within the Catholic church hundreds of years ago... Fascinating reading. Tom's books on the subject gives serious details. Also Francis of Assissi's real name is peter in Italian as I remember. But one has to keep in mind that none of this is scriptural... it is just Catholic Prophecy, but the prophecies written hundreds of years ago are pretty much coming to pass.... one has to keep in mind that if the devil is behind it, they may just be following the prophecies and the prophecies may not be prophecies at all, but just a play book on how to do things. 1

Pope Benedict XVI did step down like 111 pope in the prophecy and Pope Francis I is altering the Roman Church to a degree that is unprecedented in history. Then add the scandals and you can’t help but imagine that the prophecy could be true: The final of the 112 Latin entries of the prophecy reads as follows. In the final persecution of the Holy Roman Church, there will sit Peter the Roman, who will pasture his sheep in many tribulations, and when these things are finished, the city of seven hills [Rome] will be destroyed, and the dreadful judge will judge his people. The End. This final part of the prophecy aligns strongly with Revelation, Chapters 17 and 18. Edited September 4, 2018 by Fidei Defensor

Certainly seems to fit the scenario of the 112th pope's demise, along with other priests, in the massacre in Rome foretold by both Malachi and other papal prophecies. Malachy's final words: In the final persecution of the Holy Roman Church there will reign Peter the Roman, who will feed his flock among many tribulations; after which the seven-hilled city (Rome, the seat of the Vatican) will be destroyed and the dreadful Judge will judge the people. It is striking that at least one pope had a similar mystical vision: In 1909, while granting an audience, pope Pius X leaned back and closed his eyes. Suddenly he "awoke" and cried out: "What I see is terrifying. Will it be myself? Will it be my successor? What is certain is that the pope will quit Rome, and in leaving the Vatican, he will have to walk over the dead bodies of his priests." But time will tell. Could all this terrible scandal being leading to this?: “I will punish Bel in Babylon and make him spew out what he has swallowed. The nations will no longer stream to him. And the wall of Babylon will fall. Come out of her, my people! Run for your lives! Run from the fierce anger of the LORD,” (Jeremiah 5:44-45) and, “After this I saw another angel coming down from heaven. He had great authority, and the earth was illuminated by his splendor. 2 With a mighty voice he shouted: “‘Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great!’[a] She has become a dwelling for demons and a haunt for every impure spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, a haunt for every unclean and detestable animal. 3 For all the nations have drunk the maddening wine of her adulteries. The kings of the earth committed adultery with her, and the merchants of the earth grew rich from her excessive luxuries.” Warning to Escape Babylon’s Judgment 4 Then I heard another voice from heaven say: “‘Come out of her, my people,’[b] so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will not receive any of her plagues; 5 for her sins are piled up to heaven, and God has remembered her crimes.” (Revelation 18:1-5).
