Guilty before trial? Why not let the Courts decide?

I don't understand what you mean. What court? What trial? Not sure how your comment applies to my comment.

Even when it involves illegal entry?

You'd have to ask Speaker Ryan his thoughts about that. But to me, Amendment 14 is very clear, and it includes children of parents that are in the US illegally.

It seems like many of you are crying 'Foul!' over Trumps EO, claiming it runs counter to the 14th Amendment. Why charge Trump guilty? Let the Supreme Court decide. That's what they are there for.

This isn't a criminal proceeding against the President, Yowm. This argument doesn't make any sense.

Do you know of any case in American history that an Executive Order has been made in direct contradiction to an Amendment to the Constitution?

I'll let the Courts decide that.

It'll be shot down faster than Trump's initial travel ban, and that didn't come close to the blatant violation of the Constitution as this proposed EO would be.

On that note- we already have the loss of freedom of speech in this country: it's called Political Correctness, brought to you by Liberals.

Can you give one example of freedom of speech that has been lost due to "Liberals"?

Including being born by illegals? Since when have we as a Country given a stamp of approval for unlawful activity? (abortion & Gay marriage don't count LOL)

Read the 14th Amendment first, Yowm. Then decide how this is contrary to what @PepperS said. Earlier in this thread, I posted a court case that provided precedent that would be in complete contrast to what Trump's proposed EO would do.

Simple. They are to be subject to the laws of the U.S..

And illegal immigrants are subject to the laws of the US. I'm not a Constitutional lawyer, but it seems quite clear that according to the 14th Amendment, that children born in the US, even if parents are here illegally, are citizens.

If so, why all the hyperventilating by the Left? LOL

Have you ever seen the Right when anyone mentions gun regulations? People get a little perturbed when they feel Constitutional rights are threatened.

Should we start with the College campuses where Conservatives have been silenced by the roudy left?

They haven't been silenced, there are literally thousands of avenues for them to discuss their views elsewhere.

Nope, we don't make legal what has an illegal base.

I'm just telling you what the Amendment says. You don't have to agree with whether it should or not.
