Yes dear sister, you are going through some tremendous stress! I take it that this is your first pregnancy, and it is causing a lot of hormonal and emotional changes in your body and mind. It may or may not be causing some of the sleep and dream disturbances, I couldn't be positive of that. Pay no mind to the numbers of your time card, it's merely just a matter of coincidence. Pray and continue to read the Word of God. Drench your thoughts in positive scriptures. I'm praying for you as well. Jesus does love you! God bless.
