Tari,

I found your story very interesting, but I am not sure entirely what to make of it. While you were going through this time of tribulation, are you saying you were being deceived by demons to act in the irrational manner you were at the time?

Also, are you saying that you believe that tribulation itself is something that occurs within an individual and not in the manner the church world teaches will happen?

I do agree with your beliefs about the need to be ready to meet the Lord, and that we cannot live as we please and expect to reach heaven.

Anyway, I noticed no one had taken the time to respond to your story, so I thought I would let you know that I had read it, and am interested in what your purpose was in sharing it. I understand the message of warning and the scriptures you used, but am not sure what to make of your experience. It was strange to say the least.

Tari, I missed this post when you originally posted it. Was on vacation for two weeks and it was among the 5 or 6 thousand that I didn't have the time to read.

I know others besides myself that have had experiences with the demonic realm as you are describing here. However I don't think that I can share your idea of taking it to the point of calling it the tribulation spoken of in the book of Revelation.

I do believe that when people do not read and understand the word of God (Bible) that they are really open to personal deceptions from the spirit realm of demonic forces, and it sounds like that is what happened to you.

It is my belief that the Lord allows us to go through these things to show us when we are on very shaky ground as to our relationship with Him. Unfortunately some who have no relationship with him at all succumb to those encounters and are swept away spiritually and are not delivered from them.

My only suggestion would not be be confused again when the beast raises out from the sea and deceives most of the whole world and puts the entire world through a global experience a bit like what you experienced.

Wow this is just like diggin' up an old bone that's been buried away. Thanks for responding to this. Actually this experience is what originally brought me to find worthy chat. It is only in my own opinion that this tribulation experience matches up with Matthew 24:24. I was really seeking some professional christian advice over this mattter. I still have yet to find anyone who can give me any sound advice.

I don't know what to say really, it's been a rough road since all of this happened. The only reason I was able to realize that I was tribulated was from reading Matthew 24. This was just the only thing that made sense to me. I've learned a lot from attempting to seek some mature christian advice over this matter. I tried sharing this story with some local pastors and their only response was that they believe in the rapture. I was never even aware of this rapture theory until May of this year. So the next thing was researching the whole rapture theory. Nobody has wanted to match up my story with end times events at all. Mainly this is because of people who believe in the rapture. They don't want to consider end times events happening because they have not been raptured away yet. Okay, well it's just nice to hear a christian opinion.

Thanks

In this world we all will have tribulations:

  • "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world." -John 16:33
    • Therefore I ask you not to lose heart at my tribulations on your behalf, for they are your glory. -Ephesians 3:13

apart from The Great Tribulation

For at that time there will be great tribulation, the kind that hasn't taken place since the beginning of the world until now, and never will again! -Matthew 24:21

Butero,

Thanks for your response. In reply to your questions Yes, I was deceived by "demons" or a demonic force, to act in that irrational manner at that time. As far as questioning me about the tribulation itself occuring within an individual. I will say that people have many preconcieved notions about end times events. So, if people do not see what they are expecting to happen, then it is dismissed as not being an and time event. Since all this happened, I realize people expect the antichrist to rule the world before the return of Christ. If you consider the possibility of what happened to me, being a rise of false christs, or false prophet. Then it would make sense, that the return of Christ, is going to sneak up on people just like in the days of Noah (people will be completely unaware).

When I thought about writing my story and warning others, it was because if others were tribulated, they would be able to realize the deception involved. I could have very easily went on with my life after this tribulation experience and remain deceived. I had no idea this tribulation was a tribulation, it seemed like a miracle happening. Since all this I realize their are so many false and deceptive teachings going on in the world everywhere, including churches. I've learned that people fear being marked by the beast (when the antichrist rules) . Couldn't you be marked by the beast believing all these false deceptive teachings going on? Could your hand be marked by writing and selling about these false teachings? Could I have received the mark of the beast if I continued to believe my tribulation was an actual miracle? This is why it is important for me to share my story.

I read your experiences and see that you are seeking to have an experience with God. When you had your first "Holy" experience I noticed that you did not mention your sinful flesh comparison to "Holy" which should have been extreme. Like Isaiah, who was probably a pretty good jewish fellow before his encounter, following the Words of God, praying, repenting, and trying to live according to God's Will, exclaimed, "Woe is me, for I am unclean" when he came in the presence of Holiness. IT isn't just a term, it is the very essence of God.

Think about the instructions that Moses was given to prepare to meet God. He had to spend three days cleansing himself before going up to Mount Sinai. Even when the Lord cloaked Himself as a burning bush, Moses still had to take off his sandals, because he was on Holy ground.

I know that many things you said on your website are based upon that which you have been taught (by the world) and have no foundation in scripture or in God's kingdom. IT is not up to me to teach you, but I would suggest that you do not accept any rubadub spirit.

God has chosen His Words and He will come and talk with you, that is a promise. Get a concordance and look up all the discriptions that all the people in the Bible had when they encountered God. Look up all the different ways that they discribe their experiences. What did they experience. WHat did they see. What do you need to do to come in the presence of Holiness.

Prayerfully study the Word of God to know that you are the Temple of God. You are to invite Yeshua in. He is the High Priest. Have you studied the Temple and all the services involved. This is what is to happen in you. The Mount Sinai experience is to be personal. We are to go to the foot of the Mount and pray asking God to prepare us so that we may go up and be before Him. He will instruct you through the Word of God what you need to learn in order to prepare to meet Him.

You probably think I never read a word what you were saying about the tribulations. I did. Go back to God. Seek Him with all your heart. Empty the junk in your mind (attic) asking God to cleanse it. Open the doors to your heart, asking Yeshua to come in. Let Him open up the Book of your Life and go through it with you.

Ask He shows you sin in its true light, repent, if you do not understand how that little thing could be all that sinful, ask Him to explain. He will. It will help you see how abhorant it is in His eyes. You will learn the root, branches and fruit of sin. Once you understand than you can truly sincerely turn away from sin, and with the strength from Yeshua never sin that sin again. Some sins are those favorite or secret sins, and when Yeshua turns the light on in your attic, they will be exposed. You will see how they look through the eyes of God and really know that there is nothing hid from God. Trust God, what sins He is cleaning out of your attic is worth it. He will replace your favorite sins with something far more precious and beautiful, than you can ever imagine. When God cleans you of all your sins you will experience the "peace that passes all understanding". I want you to know that any demons hidding away in the attic will flee, but not without causing a ruckus, and even violence. Good riddance.

Let God be your teacher through the scriptures, let God be the one who leads you into all truth.

I have been there, done that, and have no regrets, for being the presence of the true "Holy One of Israel" explains more in that moment that ten thousand teachers from earth.

May the Lord be with you in a way you have yet to experience. May you case away from your mind all that you have experienced so far, seeking only to find the real God, the Holy One of Israel. DO NOT BE SATISFIED with sensations and feel good. The true God will expose you by the light of truth and it is not pretty. The true God will reveal to you the deep darkness that has covered the earth by the light of His Word. God will heal you. God will drive the voices that you have been listening to away so that there is only one and it is His. You will learn to recognise His voice, because it is scriptural. It is the living Word of God.

Thanks for your reply. This tribulation experience was just a one time deal that lasted three days. I don't regularly deal with demons, demonic experiences, or hear voices ever. As far as being prepared when I experienced my actual miracle from God. I was alcoholic at the time, and in no way, shape, or form expecting any kind of miracle to ever happen. When I reached out to God asking for help there was no expectation whatsoever that I would be healed in His actual presence. Certainly it would have been nice for me to have been prepared to be in the presence of God. I'm very dissapointed in myself for my behavior. I pray all the time that God will forgive me for the stupid silly things I said during my actual miracle. I had just reached a very low point in my life and I was healed and put back together. If this miracle experience happened to me today, I would absolutely be trembling in the presence of God. Since we live in a world today that does not regularly teach the importance of fearing Almighty God our creator. Instead my perspective of God during the miracle was that He is my best friend.

Since all of this I've repented of all sin in my life. Other than cuss words slipping out from time to time. I try my best not to ever dwell anymore on past issues and anger towards others. In a way this tribulation experience was kind of like having reversed psychology played out. It really brought me back to the basics where I needed to be.

God Bless

Other One also, thanks for taking the time to read this story. The reason I matched this experience with the Bible verses quoted was partly because of the amount of time. My tribulation lasted close to 3 days long (64 hours total). If you look at Revelation 2:10. It is speaking of the persecuted church having a tribulation experience for 10 days total. My experience was less than 1/3 of that length of time. Can you understand why I put 2+2 together to consider these as similar events.

It seems since I tried sharing this story around here, people have really shunned me. To some who possibly read through a portion of my story, there seems to be people who really jumped to conclusions about me. I would like to make this very clear: I have never done drugs in my life. I simply battled with alcoholism, and never drank more than beer or wine. This was not some crazed hallucinating experience that was created in my own mind.

I do not expect people to understand these events that took place. In fact skepticism is healthy, and I accept that. But to falsely assume things about someone is wrong. It is a fact that this miracle and tribulation experience took place. For anyone who thinks that the story was exagerrated, the opposite is true. In fact just the basic details were wrote about, many minor details were actually left out of the explanation.

The conclusions I came to are my own opinion. There are others who will disagree with the Bible verses that I matched this experience up with, that's fine. The main thing is that this experience brought me back to the basics where I needed to be. I hope and pray for any others battling with similar spiritual events. Hopefully it can also bring them back to the basics where they need to be. We all need to keep Jesus as the center of our lives.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
