Why did you not quote the scripture in its entirety?

Romans 6:22-23 King James Version (KJV)

22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.

23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Because, I want to slow it down and cover it step by step. So people that are stuck, can walk it out and people that don't understand one another can hear each other's thought process. If your a sinner and Holy Spirit or maybe Satan is tormenting you that you are being judged by God? And you call on the Lord and you still are tormented like your under judgment. What have you missed In the word or is that normal? What has the person not heard or recieves to comfort and encourage them? Their are confessed Christians on her still tormented by Satan. Slow it down, so it's evident and they can see it and recieve it. people are spouting out everything they learned in 10 to 20 years in one post. Same thing over and over again. Instead of leading people through the path of the mercies they themselves recieved. You see the second part but others only see the first part cause they are not free and at the second part yet. They are still in torment and judgement. And we should care about that not just proclaim people unsaved since its mature Christians that are suppose to help the weak in faith not Lord their position over them.

Sounds like you're trying to use 'systematic theology'?

Let's Go and debate this.. backing up.. what is sin? 2 or 3 verses that are very clear. No opinions no commentary.. 2 or 3 clear verses in God's word? Does any one know what sin is?

Jas 1:13-15 ->"Let no one being tempted say, I am tempted from God. For God is not tempted by evils, and He tempts no one. But each one is tempted by his lusts, being drawn away and seduced by them. Then when lust has conceived, it brings forth sin. And sin, when it is fully formed, brings forth death.".

1Co 15:56 -> "The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the Law."

1John 3:4 -> "Whosoever committeth sin committeth also iniquity. And sin is iniquity."

People tend to not accept the truth of one verse (that sounds impossible to obey) in order to seemingly confirm the truth of another (that the flesh can willingly accept).

So the truth has a polarity. There are 2 sides to the truth. One part seems hard and the other seems easy. We are not to pick the aspect of the truth we prefer while denying the other one.

Now people will justify themselves by denying the part of the truth that would appear to condemn them...as in...the wages of sin is death ...this is an ongoing true statement. It remains firmly established as scriptural truth. The other pole of the truth begins with...BUT.... the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus. People like to make a choice of the latter statement while denying the first. As if one aspect of the truth could be selected as needed while denying the other.

People will take this (because they want this) to mean that they are saved IN their sins...because of the gift of God. As if the gift of God was given to negate the truth. But that's not the truth. The truth doesn't change, or is destroyed, by a gift from God. God never works against the truth. But people do...they will twist the meaning of the scriptures to get a pass AROUND the truth.

So what the dual polarity concerning truth means is that through the gift of grace....we overcome the sin that was previously taking us to death. The truth is not being understood if we have to make a lie out of one half of the bible.

Have we ever considered that Gods writen word will be our indictment in the day of judgement of heaven or hell.

It was mentioned that Jesus said " those who love me keep my commandments." has any here lived up this command?. The question is how do we fulfill this command? We may say by the Holy Spirit but is that a truth? Jesus said the the Holy Spirit shall convict the world of sin.

I dare one of us has been able to live perfect. It is by grace alone that we shall have eternal life.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
