Now that I've found the Videos section I have something to do when it's slow. Kinda refreshing.

Now that I'm approving videos as a Watchman, I see you are going to town on it!    Just not too many long ones please. animated-smileys-holidays-water-093.gif.e9cce1c6391c5e37dff928a45ed16816.gif

So everyone knows you have to clear your browser history frequently...right?

For those who don't, you go to settings and in the list you have options of what to clear. If you don't do this ...yes, your device will slow right down & you will get page freezes and hang-ups.

I don't think it is that. This site is also loading slow on my phone. I tried a different browser and it loads just as slow. None of the other sites I go to, have any issues. I am only getting this slow up from Worthy.  Another thing I notice is if I log out and just look at the forums without being log in, the pages load just find. It is only when I am log in that things are taking FOREVERRRRRRR,,,,,,,,,to load. So that is interesting.

No I haven't had a problem at all with bandwidth nor loading speeds. Except when cell service goes down entirely. Right now I am using data on my cell phone as  hot spot connection to my computer. Check to see if you might be running low on available data  the settings often slow you way down as you reach your maximum data usage on your own cell phone plan. I have had to up mine to 8 gigs a month at additional expense of course. But th minutes do roll over and I can reduce th eplan back to lower cost anytime and still save the minutes that rolled over. Also notice how strong or weak your cell tower signal might be when you are having troubles. Are you on 3k or 4k if available?-

Might want to do a speed test before clearing computer's cookies and histories then do a test afterward ad see if there is a difference. Also Clear the cell phone if you are using one as a hot spot like I am in the mountains. Make sure other apps are not open too! Do a full check of bugs run Norton or whtever security program you have, and  check for upgrades, especially for ones that may be needed to get to the best cell tower now available.

Basically do your house cleaning.

Also look for new stuff from google  that may be interfering. Just eliminate them, along with anything google altogether if possible.

BTW -I use Duck DuckGo.com and never use a Gmail account for e-mail. Things have run much smoother since  working hard ot eliminate anything Google may have  "dropped " on me.

Obviously I am not a Google fan.

Oops! Just browsers though. Hope that's alright.

Yep. I did a check for harmful software on Google Chrome. So far - so good.

Neither am I. Bing is really terrific in my opinion.

I use all Apple products from phone, tablet ( Ipad), laptop, and desktop devices.

Start with a Speed test, see download and upload opperational speed, make note of it, then begin the cleaning and clearing, checking  for speed after each action taken to increase speed and cleaning of "house". See what is effective and what is not.

Also have the service provider run their test on their systems down to your devices ( home )  It may be them and not you at all.

Yep I have used Bing as well, but do much prefer DuckDuckGo.com for they promise  they do not track you. I am a bit gullible I suppose, but I do believe their mission statement.

Oh for anyone clicking on those enticements  called news about this strange thing and that you are asking for trouble to visit your computer. Don't do it. You won't lose weight, you won't learn some ancient secret of any kind, you won't find the amazing physical fact of any woman/man; but, you will be visited by a number of cookies and apps.

Watch for the hard to remove Alibaba cookie too. It is an app, got to remove the app or the cookie just comes back. Alibaba is watching.

All the stuff one invites to come onto their computer tends to leave it's presence and presents behind.
