and please consider the obvious .. the relationship between God and me only works IF we both do our due diligence .. God will always do His but if I don't do my mine, I break the relationship and God will allow me to do so as He will NEVER force me to come to Him and will NEVER force me to stay with Him .. He will NEVER abandon me but I may abandon Him and never return .. the relationship will then be over due to my sinful unrepentant error ..

You go further than this Margo. You say that our Lord will 'kill' one of His sons.

now that is utter garbage .. I have said nothing of the sort and you are showing how desperate you are to avoid the truth by saying such a thing .. show me when and where I ever said such a stupid thing .. I shall check for it when I get home .. I can't believe how desperate you and some others have become .. are you sure you are saved .. I wonder -seriously wonder

Margo--this is exactly what you are saying. We are born from above by the will and power of the Father 'In Christ' Jesus. We cannot make this happen. It is a change of nature. God takes us out of the first Adam and places us in the Second Adam, who is Christ. We thus become a member of a New race.

Just as a baby is born in the earthly manner, God births us in a heavenly manner. We become a New Creature.

Do you understand this. It is very clear in scripture. Jesus taught this and Paul taught this. Born from above. Born. A New Life.

You are saying that God will kill that New Life. That New born son--that He Himself birthed.

Do you grasp this?

This is far more than the shallow relationship that you talk about. It is a New Creation. A Divine Creation. I as a Born from Above son cannot 'unborn' myself--this is contrary to all of scripture from Gen 1 forward.

This only leaves the craziness 'according to you' that God will kill me.

Do you understand?

I discussed this before and in a Thread I titled 'A Problem Solved'--right back from the very beginning of Adam and Eve.

This is about 'after its kind'. A fundamental Truth that transcends any natural understanding of man.

The Cross of our Lord Jesus Christ accomplished far more than you can understand--but some of it can be understood and folks are trying to teach you this and point out your error.

Our ways and our sensibilities are not His. His ways are as far about ours as heaven is above the earth. You go too far in equating earthly relationships with God and His 'chosen' and manifested relationship with His sons 'In Christ'. He proved it to us by the sending and the 'sealing' of the Holy Spirit.

These things are important and have eternal meaning and consequence.

I wonder if someone brand new to the Word of God, who read what she wrote---would know the difference between what she typed and the verse actually written in the Bible? Since none of it is quoted, one wouldn't know simply to see it say, John 14:16 - 16. Of course instantly checking to see if it is the actual verse would make one wonder what she was saying---because everything she typed isn't there! There is no effort on her part to make the Scripture verse distinct from her own addition. This leads me to wonder about whether someone wanted to be accurate, or simply needing to promote an agenda. Just some thoughts here.

okay, I can't resist responding to this false accusation .. I have never said and never will say that God will kill us .. we kill ourselves by leaving Him and turning to unrepentant sinfulness .. all in the lake of fire are there because of their own doing, not God's .. God saved us but some of us throw away His gift of life and turn to unrepented sinfulness which can only lead to death .. God does not kill us, we kill ourselves .. now, don't ever insult me again, with such a lie as you have told here .. I never ever said and never will say that God kills us .. we kill ourselves .. GET IT

Margo—please read what I wrote carefully. Try for a moment to slow your roll and take a deep breath and read slowly and carefully. After doing so—please respond to those things.

Read the last two of my posts and go to ‘A Problem Solved’ and read it carefully.

Please. This is important. You are putting far too much stock and faith in your own efforts and as a result, less in the Grace of God. Don’t get mad—-just open your heart and mind.

Please.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
