Does Jesus stipulate that? When Jesus issues a command, I feel I best obey.

Jesus said he was sent only to Israel in Matthew 15:24

Is the any part of the new testament you think is for Gentiles?

No, the new testament was for the redemption of Israel's transgressions under the first testament (Hebrews 9:15).

Christ revealed to Paul that the blood of the new testament is applied to all who believe in his redemption (Romans 3:22-26)

I was asking @douge as every thread of his I read seems to be telling us that nothing is for Gentiles, not even Revelations. So I just wondered, as you do, where gentiles fit into Gods plan, according to him.

: )

First of all you have misunderstood, understandably, that  I have not been saying nothing is for the Gentiles. I have been trying to convey that to understand the Bible, it must be rightly divided. There is a purpose of God for Israel, that differs from the Gentiles. We have to discern that what is given to Israel in scripture can not be directly applied to the church today, the body of Christ. It really comes down to discerning which scriptures applies to Israel, which to the believing remnant of Israel, which to the Gentiles, and which to the believing Gentiles.

To answer your question, Gentiles in times past, could acknowledge the God of Israel and become proselytes (Exodus 12:48).

Gentiles in the new testament dispensation for Israel could believe and become part of the remnant of Israel (Acts 10:45).

Jew and Gentile, both, can now be justified freely by the redemption of Christ Jesus and be placed into the body of Christ (Romans 3:22-26).

God said it, I believe it, that settles it.  Some say only those sins that were not intentional are forgiven as well.  But that was the old testament pattern.  Hebrews tells us that we have a better covenant, a better high priest and a better sacrifice, all of which can forgive all our sins and give us a clean conscience.

Heb 10:10  And by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.  Heb 10:11  And every priest stands daily at his service, offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.

Heb 10:12  But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God,  Heb 10:13  waiting from that time until his enemies should be made a footstool for his feet.  Heb 10:14  For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified. Heb 10:15  And the Holy Spirit also bears witness to us; for after saying, Heb 10:16  "This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, declares the Lord: I will put my laws on their hearts, and write them on their minds," Heb 10:17  then he adds, "I will remember their sins and their lawless deeds no more."

I was with you here when you said "God said it, I believe it, that settles it.  Some say only those sins that were not intentional are forgiven as well.  But that was the old testament pattern."

Christ is High Priest, but to Israel only. Everything you quoted in Hebrews, is for Israel....if you would like to consider this...let me know.

We are members of his body and Christ is our head (Colossians 1:18).

how about quoting the whole passage, which shows that He may well have been sent only to Israel, but thats not where He stayed. He chose to also speak to others who were Gentiles, as that passage shows. God goes where He will:

Matthew 15:21-28 New International Version (NIV)

The Faith of a Canaanite Woman:

21 Leaving that place, Jesus withdrew to the region of Tyre and Sidon. 22 A Canaanite woman from that vicinity came to him, crying out, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me! My daughter is demon-possessed and suffering terribly.”

23 Jesus did not answer a word. So his disciples came to him and urged him, “Send her away, for she keeps crying out after us.”

24 He answered, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel.”

25 The woman came and knelt before him. “Lord, help me!” she said.

26 He replied, “It is not right to take the children’s bread and toss it to the dogs.”

27 “Yes it is, Lord,” she said. “Even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their master’s table.”

28 Then Jesus said to her, “Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted.” And her daughter was healed at that moment.

I was only stating what was pertinent at the time, and was not deceptive.

As far as your post here....Jesus was sent only to Israel. Of course later on he told the twelve to go into all the world.

As far as the Gentiles he blessed, and the women in Matthew 15 you cited.....they were blessed because they had faith, which Israel, as a whole, did not, and because they acknowledged Israel and the God of Israel as promised in Genesis 12:3

OK, so you say no part of the Bible, no salvation is available or applicable to Gentiles.

Not at all

I posted earlier, the Gentiles could always come to God.

The Gentiles , have, by the revelation that Christ gave Paul, revealed that the Gentiles could be of the same body, that is to say the church, the body of Christ (Ephesians 3:6) and be seated in heavenly places with Christ (Ephesians 2:6)

If there is a conflict between something Paul says and something Jesus says, I go with Jesus.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
