They don't want to report it and have them or their family quarentined. So they are infecting everyone who are well.

Hi, I don't know about that speculation. Doesn't seem very likely to me.

That’s a valid concern. My other concern is that people will panic if they test positive and flood the hospitals.

im 99.9% sure I had the virus this week. My son was sick and then everyone else got sick. My husband said it was a cold but both of us had pain on the left side of our bodies for one day that came on suddenly and was unlike anything I had ever felt. We had extreme fatigue, cough, my husband had a fever (I  was too weak to take my temperature.) if we had tested positive who knows if I would have felt compelled to go to the hospital and use up their resources.

Thank goodness that I didn’t have to be rushed to the hospital because I don’t like my local one even though it is in an upscale neighborhood. I would have driven an hour to get to a better one in the city.

You need to notify the virus center for immediate diagnose.

I haven’t left the house since I have been sick and don’t plan on leaving but to go for walks with family.

If it works does this mean that random people can move around and ignore the lock down by claiming to have been tested and have already had it ???   :noidea:

No if anything it is worse but people claim to be in essential jobs and with less trains running and public transport few and far between they are all crammed together on the few still operating it is causing a nightmare for doctors and nurses trying to get back to hospitals There is some talk about using the black cabs  (as they have shields between the driver and passengers ) to transport NHS staff to and from work  New powers for the police are starting to kick in with some  people being fined but it is still the soft approach at the moment trying to talk some sense into people

man...those pics of the tube lately are just mind boggling evidence of just how ineffective control measures taken so far are .... and just how much pain, suffering and death they are leading to :/

I've had a chance to investigate these tests that are supposed to be available en masse this week.  They are antibody tests, not antigen or rna tests.....which means they will only tell who HAS HAD the virus long enough to develop an immune response and had begun to generate antibodies to fight the infection.

They won't be able to tell who has it now.  It's still very valuable information, but until vigorous testing of who is infected NOW begins, it will remain impossible to identify and isolate carriers and stop them from spreading the virus to others.  Until that is done, all the rest is shooting in the dark.  Social distancing and isolation alone will slow it down and give a few more days before hospitals are completely overwhelmed ...which is going to result in many thousands of needless deaths.  But it will not stop this.

There is still the unanswered question as to why some 14% of those in a study in China have caught this thing twice.  The study was small, and because of it's small size, it lacks statistical certainty.  But it points to something that desperately needs more study.  It raises the question of whether or not having had this thing, and tested "clear" afterward, confers a robust immunity or not.

It also opens the question of whether they were infected a second time at all, or if this virus is "bi-phasic" which some viruses are known to be.  It's not a new thing...it's been seen before.  In bi-phasic viruses the virus can multiply, cause disease, then retreat to internal organs and "hibernate" for weeks to years.  During this time it is undetectable without internal biopsies because the virus simply doesn't show up with normal test samples taken from mucous membranes or lungs.  It appears the system has cleared the virus, but it comes raging back later for a second go at the victim.

This is an area that deserves a LOT of further investigation, and especially because those studied who have experienced a second round, whatever is causing it, are dying of the second infection at a much higher rate than those who have had it once.  And dying of different causes.....the second round is killing via organ failure....not ARD.  And it's killing the young as well as old.

This story is not fully told, or understood yet.

Hi Hartono,

Where I live they are asking that people who feel sick simply stay at home and not take any action unless they develop symptoms like shortness of breath. I feel almost 100% today. Only lingering fatigue. Zero pain. Praising God nothing got into my lungs. I’ve had pneumonia before(while pregnant) and it can be scary struggling to breath. Thankfully there is an antibiotic for pneumonia. This is why Covid-19 is so concerning -no medication yet..
I always get sick because I have three young kids and kids spread everything. Especially if they are involved in extra curricular activities and come into contact with even more kids after  the school day ends. The kids on our block were sick too.

Just praying that if we are successful in slowing this down, it does not come back when the school year starts in the Fall.

The top US coronavirus scientist said you can get the coronavirus infection by breathing virus-laden air(but he thinks it's not the main way one gets it. But maybe in a month they'll say airborne spreading is the main way:o) So I think that it has to be an absolute ultra-priority to get your NHS people to work by taxi as you said. Have they warned your country that Covid-19 can be acquired by air?

The NIH's chief of infectious diseases Dr.Tony Fauci's admission 10 hours ago, was the first time I heard a definite answer about airborne transmission.

Praise the Lord Jesus forever!

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
