I suspect that the Australian law is because of water shortage, although that's a guess.

The NWO is an attempt to control everything and everyone, so land, water, fishing, seeds, etc., will all be under their power (but God is always in overall charge and works all things together for good to those who love him).

No, then sudden destruction will begin with the 6th seal that starts the Day of the Lord.  (the first 5 seals are church age.)

Are you saying the peace removal, famine and wars from the 2nd until the 4th seal does not cause destruction ?

I am saying these three, war, famine, pestilences, have been what God has allowed Satan to use to try and stop the church (Seal 1) from advancing the gospel to the world. They have been ongoing. OF COURSE they caused destruction: how many died in two world wars? How many died of the Black Plague?  But God limited these three to 1/4 of the world.

War, famine, pestilence has happened be4 the church era but the 1st seal is abt antichrist conquering world with peace which begins the great Tribulation.

You can only say that by ripping the first seal out of its scriptural context.  

⁶ And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

Read that and ask yourself, WHEN did Jesus send the Holy Spirit down.....

Holy Spirit has been sent at Pentecost day  circa AD 33, John Saw the vision abt 50 years later n it did not look back to pentecost but its abt the future 7 years GT.

Why wud John wept just to b shown that the 1st seal is abt Jesus spreading Gospel which John already knew from the start

Why wud God hide Jesus ministry with the 1st seal ? Its not a secret at all.

Why wud God hide Jesus ministry with the 1st seal ? Its not a secret at all.

You are asking the wrong questions. A better question: WHY would Jesus show John a vision of the throne room with Jesus NOT SEEN? (It is HIS BOOK!)
Why would Jesus show John a search for one worthy (to take the book) yet show a search that ended in failure and no man was found?
Finally, why would Jesus show John a throne room (in 95 AD) with the Holy Spirit still there - NOT sent down?

Jesus must have had a good reason to show these things. And He must expect us to know why.

The 7 eyes are the Spirit of God remains in heaven though the Holy Spirit is poured.

The whole picture is as follows:
1. Jesus NOT SEEN at the right hand of the Father (there are over a dozen verses that show Him there.)
2. The Holy Spirit SEEN there. (Yet in chapter 5 we see Him arrive in heaven with Jesus as He ascended, and then sent immediately down.)
3. A search for one worthy that ended in failure: NOT EVEN JESUS was found in this search. (Yet, Jesus was found later. WHY not in the first search?)
