Even though it took me all of 24 seconds to look that up. Take the next 24 seconds right now, look it up, and verify what I just wrote. 

Then correct your own post to more accurately reflect what scripture actually states. 

Scripture says otherwise.

I  personally don't think Paul was upset with John Mark because of abandonment issues. 

 

Some time later Paul said to Barnabas, “Let us go back and visit the believers in all the towns where we preached the word of the Lord and see how they are doing.” ³⁷ Barnabas wanted to take John, also called Mark, with them, ³⁸ but Paul did not think it wise to take him, because he had deserted them in Pamphylia and had not continued with them in the work. ³⁹ They had such a sharp disagreement that they parted company. Barnabas took Mark and sailed for Cyprus, ⁴⁰ but Paul chose Silas and left, commended by the believers to the grace of the Lord. ⁴¹ He went through Syria and Cilicia, strengthening the churches.

He was unreliable and left it was a big deal to Paul as he did not stay the course and keep the commitment he made. 

That's how I see it.

The second text is in 2 Peter 3 where Peter commends Paul's writings and compares them with scripture, saying further that "untaught and unstable" people distort Paul's writings. These aren't the kind of words one expresses about someone with whom they have remained estranged. 

I've read several of your comments. Generally, you don't make many implications.

Does Peter actually commend Paul's writings or must it be implied?
