Can satan and other demons take on a human form and live among us?

I am kind of surprised no one mentioned the indwelling of the Antichrist. This is the most important Biblical proof of indwelling there is. This is the ultimate case of being possessed is it not? Well and that of Judas. He rates right up there too in satanic possessions. I believe we will see more possessions than ever before in the days we have in front of us.

I enjoyed and appreciated all the thoughtful answers. I have all of Michael Heisers books. He has pancreatic cancer now and is undergoing chemo ☹️. I think there are a few (Rob Skiba, Russ Dizdar and his wife) who have made a life of educating about demons/doing deliverance taken recently to fight no more. We are on the cusp of seeing the Bible come to life in real time. Keep the Holy Spirit’s fire hedge burning brightly around you all.

very informative, he has also had a lot of experience with spiritual warfare I have his books victory over darkness and the bondage breaker

I love the topic of warfare and firmly believe that unclean spirits can and do influence our thoughts and actions, they use our minds to control our actions using us like a car needs gasoline,. I don’t see Judas as a possession nor do I see David as a possession when Satan fooled him into numbering his troops

But he can put the thought into your head, speculation is that Judas thought the messiah was here to overthrow Rome and free the Jews and what he was doing was kickstarting the event.

that is just conjecture but if he got that thought who could have given it to him?

Not a possession but we do have examples of Jesus and the apostles kicking demons out of people ?

I would advise looking at the video suggested Neil t gives it like it is

It’s all in the translations brother some versions say enters judas’s heart

matthew 16:22

 

² Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him. “Never, Lord!” he said. “This shall never happen to you!”

²³ Jesus turned and said to Peter, “Get behind me, Satan!You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the concerns of God, but merely human concerns.”

 

By this logic brother you are saying Peter also was possessed?

Its context we have to know the whole scripture before we make a mistake due to “ translations”
