You are correct, in a way, but the fact that Daniel 11 is such a DETALED RUNDOWN on the Greek kings from Alexander to Antiochus, and then we skip to the end time Anti-Christ, that tells us this chapter has a specific purpose, to give us the lineage of the coming Anti-Christ and his TYPE in Antiochus.

Daniel 8 is what tells us he has to be born in Greece, not Daniel 11, but Dan.  11 is the greatest ever Rundown of a future succession of kings in a kingdom by a Prophet via The Angel Gabriel of course, in history.

You see, Dan. 8:9 gives us a type of Four Winds (Direction Square Box) or Four Corners that makes it very easy to understand where this End Time King must come from. We get a directional box which makes it almost impossible to not understand.

Dan. 8:8 Therefore the he goat waxed very great(Alexander the Great): and when he was strong, the great horn was broken; and for it came up four notable ones toward the four winds of heaven (We get our ingenious SQUARE BOX so to speak).

9 And out of one of them came forth a little horn(Same Anti-Christ as in Dan. 7), which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land.

The Last one is not relevant, he would have attacked Israel no matter where he was from. BUT............In order for this Conquering Little Horn to ATTACK TOWARDS the South and TOWARDS the East, he has to come out of the Northwest, where only Greece qualifies out of the four. And, when configured with Dan. 7 which tells us the Little Horn ARISES amongst the 10 (which means a FRACTURED Europe, not 10 kings) that means whichever one of the four Generals kingdoms he came out of, he would also have to be able to ARISE amongst the Fractured European kingdoms in the end times. Something else that just came to me, even the TYPE in Antiochus gave a hint of this also, both Greece and Rome operated at the same time in 200 BC to 175 BC, and thus we will have Greece operating in Europe, so the 200 BC era was a TYPE Anti-Christ era also in that Greece and Europe are co-mingled. 

The Kings do not matter per se, that is why God just calls them the King of the North AND the King of the South. Turkey whom many try to say will be this KOTN, can't conquer via these FOUR GENERALS towards the East, Egypt can't Conquer towards the South. God, through His brilliance gave us, with a SIMPLE DIRECTIONAL TOOL, the answer, which so many people have missed, because they had to be in these end times to figure out who would be in what Nation, and Greece is in the E.U. It could fit no other country. Besides, the only one that can Conquer towards the East AND South is a King from Greece. Add in that he has to be in the E.U. and that clinches it. 

His bloodline will be a Turk born in Greece via his parents or grand parents, maybe even great grandparents migrating to Greece.

You have misunderstood Daniel 8, whose "diminutive horn" is not related to the "little horn" of Daniel 7:

" Daniel 8:9 And from the first/foremost of them came a diminutive horn which grew exceedingly great toward the south, toward the east, and toward the Glorious Land.

Many people mistakenly equate this מץעירה/diminutive/tiny horn with the זעירה/little/small horn of Daniel 7:8, but this is incorrect. The latter was to arise later out of the fourth beast of Daniel 7, the Roman Empire, while the one here arises out of the third beast, the Greek Empire.

Prophetically, horns represent human rulers that receive earthly power from their underlying heavenly spiritual Power. See Daniel 8:20, 21 above.

This diminutive horn was Antiochus IV Epiphanes of the Seleucid Kingdom (r. 176 – ca. 164 B.C.), the first/foremost of the Greek kingdoms of his era, who was to “become strong with a few people.” Dan. 11:23  "

No, I understand it perfectly well sir. Why would you think I can see all these other thigs but can't see this? For starters, there are no chapters and verses, yet here we have a MAN called the Little Horn in Ch. 7 and 8, so its in the exact same place in the bible, yet you think God is telling us about TWO Little Horns. For starters, I don't get that thinking at all, secondly, the Scriptures in Daniel 8 specifically tells us its the End Time Man of Sin/Anti-Christ. I mean Gabriel is shouting HES AN END TIME KING!

These 12 points prove this is the END-TIME Anti-Christ without a doubt,

1.) The 70th week indignation has not yet ended, this man SHOWS UP at the very end.

2.) Gabriel clearly says at the time appointed, the END WILL BE.(Of the Age)

3.) This happens in the LATTER TIME of the Greek Kingdom, Greece is still here.

4.) Transgressors are COME FULL = Gods Wrath is filled up. END TIMES.

5.) The King of fierce countenance is the End Time Anti-Christ.

6.) He understands DARK SENTENCES/Riddles. Matt. 24:24 hints at his DARK POWERS.

7.) His power will be MIGHTY but not of himself. In Rev.  13:4 we see the Dragon gives him his POWER & AUTHORITY.

8.) He conquers the Mighty and holy peoples or Israel. Antiochus killed 60,000, but this man is going to kill 10 Million Jews man(2/3 will perish). And he Conquer the holy peoples or Israel, the Maccabean Revolt stopped the Greeks from Conquering Israel brother.

9.) This Anti-Christ seeks to be worshiped as the ONLY GOD. (Magnifies himself)

10.) BY PEACE he shall DESTROY MANY, Antiochus never made peace with the Jews, he only tried to force them to Hellenize.

11.) He STANDS UP against Jesus (the Prince of princes).

12.) As Daniel 2 says also, this man is BROKEN WITHOUT Hands. When Jesus shows up he's just going to SPEAK VICTORY. Amen.

The TINY HORN or LITTLE HORN is the same thing, its meant to show a MAN BEAST Power instead of a KINGDOM BEAST Power.

The Little Horn/7th Beast Head is the Anti-Christ, not Antiochus. He doesn't match many things, he is a TYPE, but overall he can not match in full.

I see these things, its what I do brother. God has blessed me with a keen insight on the end times, I can put these puzzles together. Its not of me, that's for sure. The big picture comes to me now that I stopped taking all the "TALKING POINTS" of history as de facto truths.

God is not giving us TWO Little Horns in Daniel 7 and 8 brother, is just not happening, that is just MEN clinging to OLD IDEAS.  It is our nature, we hate to admit we believed something that was in error, its called human nature, or pride. So we cling to those ideas, the Pharisees couldn't see Jesus because of these Men's Traditions. We have to overcome them, Satan is continually trying to whisper untruths unto us, we have still ourselves and listen for that small still corrective voice, the Holy Spirit never has led me astray, but fir 30 years, I listened to those other whispers of confusion, and they hindered me also.
