The dilemma people face when trying to explain the origin of all things is that 

you always end up with some thing or some one existing eternally.

Science rules out anything in physics being that some thing.

Some One who transcends the laws of physics (just by the fact that [HE] could 

create something from nothing [ex nihilo]  demonstrates this ability).

Otherwise, there would be NOTHING. No you or me no universe no heaven no hell 

nothing!
