I would not take it that far.  Islam is far worse to Judaism, than Mormanism is to Christianity.  I don't see Mormons calling for the blood of Christians. 

Islam has no ties to Judaism.  They are like night and day.  Islam is a blood thirsty violent religion bent upon one day making the world Islam either by conversion or by the sword.  Judaism has no such aspirations.

How can Abraham possibly be a jew if islam is in the lineage of abraham?

No Gerioke, I don't think it does. They claim Abraham thru Ishmael, they even believe that Jesus was a prophet, but "he got it wrong" he didn't die on the cross he was taken away by his followers, and that the Bible while a holy book was also perverted and changed, so he "wrote" the Quran to fix the problems.

Mohammed came along and allah showed him how to fix it. What he really did was steal bits and parts from all of the religions he came into contact with, especially the Torah. He was a trader for awhile and was exposed to the Jewish culture, as well as others.

DaBronx, he also married and 8 or 9 year old child, as well as a half dozen others, he claimed to have been taken up to heaven where he married Mary the mother of Jesus. There are two main (I don't think there are more, emphasis on main) sects Sunni and Shiite who hate each other almost as much as they hate the Jewish people.

They deny that Abraham was a Jew. They claim that he, and our Lord, were....ugh I cant even type it out, it is so blasphemous what they say.

Well of course there are differences, I mean, I can't remember the last time a guy with a white shirt, black tie and helmet went into a night club and blew himself up. At the same time, Islam does claim that they come from Abraham and that it was originally meant for them. Mormons are somewhat in the same way, in that they try to take Christian roots and take them as their own.

While I can't remember his testimony word for word, there was a man who spoke at my church last August. He was a Muslim who had become a Christian. He had explained some things that Muslims believe regarding Muhammed.

I wish I could remember it exactly but, this is what I can remember.....

Muhammed was a decendent of Kedar. Kedar was the second born son of Ishmael.

Ishmael was the firstborn son of Abraham (by Hagar the handmaid of Sarah).

Because Ishmael was the firstborn, Muslims consider him more important than Isaac and it goes from there.....Oh how I wish I could remember exactly how he had put it! I'll see if I can get that information from him.

His testimony was very powerful. My son gave his life to the Lord after listening to this man.

Don't jump all over me
