So you can only count to 7 then.  Again there are Trumpet blasts which call, some to assemble, some to go to battle, and some to pay attention to; Royalty entering the house, and others to send forth (which are the 7 Trumpet blasts in Rev).  BTW, the 7 Bowl Judgments come out from the 7th Trumpet, meaning at least another 6 months before Armageddon, then the 2nd Coming.

Yes, they, those of Israel, were asking about the Last Days.  They had no idea the Church was even going to surface.  Christ responded to them as of Israel.

to PREPARE, get extra oil, NOT TO BE FOOLISH


Pre Trib, used to SET THE TIME incorrectly, while at the same time, telling everyone NO NEED TO PREPARE, you won't be here.

One should be prepared as we speak (the five wise were).  No future preparations are needed for the Believer, only the unwise need future preparations.

Why?  By then, HE KNEW the king and the kingdom would be rejected.  He knew they were the foundation, they ALREADY WEREN'T the Jews, they were already beginning to be persecuted.  WHY would Jesus being speaking of the end times TO A PEOPLE it wouldn't effect?  

IF HE had been SPEAKING TO THE CHIEF PRIESTS, I would say ok, but SPEAKING to Israel, is just another way of saying speaking to GODS PEOPLE. Remember, no Jew, no Greek, just Gods people. 
He SAID HIMSELF he was coming for the lost sheep of the House of Israel.  THE JEWS of the day WEREN'T LOST, they knew exactly who they were.  

So that argument makes no sense on any spiritual level, only a carnal one.
