Thank you for putting forth out of your relationship with Christ, may you experience the truths you see in scripture…

In the Beloved, Not me

It's not about ones own self.

It is about the common good and for Jesus.

(to say to someone "good for you", in very canning words, it sounds like you did not welcome what was communicated to you).

No, I do not accept this.

This is very Catholic.

Jesus Christ never said things like that.

But the mind of man wants to go it's own way and needs to depart from what it has received from the scriptures.

It reads the scriptures and by the time it finished to expand on them it has depart from the original context and it has introduced a context not known to the original word.

@Josheb

Thank you for your thoughts.. I see very little distance between trusting God and having faith in God…

Deacons are believers that have a degree of maturity in Christ, they have this degree of maturity before they get the title as deacons… When it is seen that one is holding onto the mystery of the faith with a clear conscience that one is than said to be called a deacon if that one would want the position… Holding onto the mystery of the faith with a clear conscience is for all believers, those that would want to go on with God…  For if it is not, does that mean that those that aren’t deacons don’t have to have a clear conscience before God?

That being said, may you be blessed as you learn Christ….

ignores both the substance of whole scripture

"And that Christ died for all, that they which live should henceforth
not live unto themselves but unto Him that died for them and rose again"
2 Corinthians 5:15

Let us not ignore any part of scripture, putting it all together makes clear that we as believers can have a clear conscience before God, and therefore should.

Through the resurrection of Christ we have the Holy Spirit,
and the fruit of the Spirit is what makes us able to have a clear conscience.
The fruit of the Spirit includes self-control.

"And they that belong to Christ have crucified the flesh with its passions and lusts"
Galatians 5:24

Acts 24:16
"I also do my best to maintain always a blameless conscience
both before God and before men."

1 Corinthians 4:4
"For I am conscious of nothing against myself"

1 Corinthians 11:1
"Be ye imitators of me, even as I also am of Christ"

[Colossians 4:16, 2 Peter 3:15-16]
We can safely assume that Paul would want all believers to read all his letters.

What are eyes of the heart and how do eyes do any tasting? Is there any truth in your posts or are you just copying and pasting metaphors together without any understanding of their meaning (btw, that's a hint)?

Those who see with the eyes of the heart are those who have really come to know God, appreciating his qualities, and that is why John could say: “He that does not love has not come to know God, because God is love.”—1Jo 4:8.

This constant clear conscience can be manifested and maintained by a constant reckoning oneself dead, for all truths come back to this truth, for without this truth no other truth can be made a living reality in life that will abide, that will not be at mercy of one of the tempers.

Our conscience is a moral safety device, in that it imparts pleasure and inflicts pain for one’s own good and bad conduct.  It is an inward realization or sense of right and wrong that excuses or accuses one. Hence, conscience judges. It also can be trained by the thoughts and acts, convictions and rules that are implanted in a person’s mind by study and experience.  Hebrews 10: 21, 22 tells us: "Let us approach with sincere hearts and complete faith, having had our hearts sprinkled clean from a wicked conscience and our bodies bathed with clean water. "

I do not see much distance between trusting God and having faith in Him either but 1) that is not what the phrase in Timothy references and 2) the opportunity to discuss the op with me was repeatedly provided and all offers were met with petty insinuation. A non-seeing heart, an unclear conscience, and a self not reckoned dead were proven.

Titus 3:9-11
"But avoid foolish controversies, genealogies, dissensions, and quarrels about the law, for they are unprofitable and worthless.  As for a person who stirs up division, after warning him once and then twice, have nothing more to do with him,  knowing that such a person is warped and sinful; he is self-condemned."

Put on display for all to see. I had no idea that's those would be the responses I'd received and I hoped for something entirely different because, as you can now see, there is a plethora of things to discuss. All refused. There is one thing in particular that should be posted to evidence a seeing heart, a cleared conscience, and a dead self. When I read it I'll reconsider what I have just written (that's a hint, btw). So post all you like but don't expect me to re-engage you until I read some evidence of change.

Prove in word and deed the op is understood by correcting the prior wrongdoing.

Be blessed in your pursuing of Him…

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
