Be careful! Perhaps you are pulling for a type of praise, ministry, and worship that isn’t pleasing Jesus (see Matthew 7.21-23; Matthew 25.11-13; Luke 13.23-28).

See this example:

•    “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. 22 Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many [n]miracles?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS” (MATTHEW 7.21-23 - NASB).

They really believed that they were being delightful to Jesus, but they weren’t. They were sincere, but sincerely beguiled and, for this, they were ousted.

See the case of Jeremiah:

•    “The LORD has swallowed up all the habitations of Jacob, and has not pitied: he has thrown down in his wrath the strong holds of the daughter of Judah; he has brought them down to the ground: he has polluted the kingdom and the princes thereof.” (Lamentations 2.2).

Jeremiah worked out why the Creator allow the havoc of Jerusalem. However he had difficulty of accepting Creator’s ways. Of course, who loves Jesus doesn’t wish to see His people being havocking, His praise and worship being defiled or forgotten and His name being abashed. Nevertheless, there is no point extolling the Creator in a way that He didn’t enjoined. This can be dangerous:

•    “Now Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took their respective firepans, and after putting fire in them, placed incense on it and offered strange fire before the LORD, *which He had not commanded them*.  And fire came out from the presence of the LORD and consumed them, and they died before the LORD.” (Leviticus 10.1,2)

Other grievous problem is double mind. At the time of Jeremiah, see what was taking place in the habitations of Jacob:

•    “I will also stretch out My hand on Judah and on all the people of Jerusalem. And I will cut off the remnant of Baal from this place, the name of the idol-worshipers, with the priests, and those bowing to the host of heaven on the housetops, and those bowing, swearing to Jehovah, also swearing by Malcham;” (Zephaniah 1.4,5).

This is why many of our prayers aren’t answered in a favorable way:

•    “But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and [h]without reproach, and it will be given to him. But *he must ask in faith without any doubting*, for the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind. For *that man ought not to expect that he will receive anything from the Lord*,  being a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.” (James 1.5-8).

So, in order to have for sure that we are pleasurable to Jesus, let’s leave the Holy Spirit guide our mouth and prayers and, thus, certainly we will have a good day:

•    “For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received  a spirit of adoption as sons *by which we cry out, “Abba! Father!”* “ (Romans 8.14,15).
•    “In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for *we do not know how to pray as we should*, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words;” (Romans 8.26).

When the rabble is desecrated, the strongholds use to corroborate with the sin and the digression from Jesus. It isn’t in vain that, in the prophecy, “to dispel the power of the holy people” is a condition to the end of the kingdom of the antichrist.

•    “And I heard the man clothed in linen, who was on the waters of the river, when he held up his right and his left hand to Heaven, and swore by Him who lives forever that it shall be for a time, times, and a half. And when they have made an end of *scattering the power of the holy people*, all these things shall be finished.” (Daniel 12.7).

After all, as it is said in the Revelation:

•    “… Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever. Amen.” (Revelation 7.12).

When there isn’t deference in relation to this principle, the outcoming is the defilement of the kingdom and his leaders (as you can see in 2Kings 16.7,10 or Ezekiel 8).

As Israel’s people had great pleasure in the kings of other nations and his gods (see 1Samuel 8.20; Ezekiel 16.15-30), the Creator allow Israel to be mixed up with other people:

•    “… So Israel was carried away out of their own land to Assyria until this day. And the king of Assyria brought men from Babylon, and from Cuthah, and from Ava, and from Hamath, and from Sepharvaim, and placed them in the cities of Samaria instead of the sons of Israel. And they possessed Samaria and lived in its cities.” (2Kings 17.23,24).
•    “And every nation made gods of their own, and put them in the houses of the high places which the Samaritans had made, every nation in their cities in which they lived. And the men of Babylon made Succoth-benoth, and the men of Cuth made Nergal, and the men of Hamath made Ashima, and the Avites made Nibhaz and Tartak, and the Sepharvites burned their sons with fire to Adrammelech and Anammelech the gods of Sepharvaim.” (2Kings 17.29-31).

So, be careful! Flee youthful lusts, and follow righteousness, faith, love, peace, ONLY with *those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart* (2Timothy 2.22) and have a superb day.

Those who teach God's Word need to be careful that they are teaching the literal true Word of God. Their judgment will be harsh if they are posting false doctrine and allowing people to stumble and fall in their faith. They could be judge more severe when Judgment day comes.

So lets have some practical examples of what Christians should be doing.

Any one can knock a building down, but it takes real spiritual insight and wisdom to build up peoples faith and worship.

Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter.

And so what is the will of the Father that Jesus is referring to in Matthew 7:21-28?

"I will raise Israel up a Prophet and will put my words in His mouth...
and it shall come to pass that whosoever will not hearken unto Him will be destroyed from among the people"

Deuteronomy 18:18-19, Acts 3:21-23

How can we know that Jesus was referring to Deuteronomy 18:18-19?
Because He then says:

"Therefore, whoever hears these sayings of mine and does not put them into practice..."

And so clearly the will of the Father Christ was referring to is that we hearken unto Him.

The apostles then reinforce the keeping of His sayings.

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God they are the sons of God.

For with the heart man believes unto righteousness.

I beseech you therefore... to present your bodies a living sacrifice...
Bless them which persecute you
Repay to no man evil for evil
Love works no ill to his neighbor therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
Romans 8:14,10:10,12:1,14,17 13:10

Christ died for all that they which live should henceforth
not live unto themselves but unto Him that died for them and rose again.
2 Corinthians 5:15

The fruit of the Spirit is love joy peace patience kindness goodness faithfulness
meekness and self control.

And they that belong to Christ have crucified the flesh with its passions and lusts.
Galatians 5:23-24

For by grace you have been saved through faith:
and that not of yourselves, the Holy Spirit is the gift of God, [Acts 2:38]
not of works, lest any man should boast.
For we are His workmanship created in Christ Jesus
for good works which God has before prepared that we should walk in them.
Ephesians 2:8-10

I beseech you therefore to walk worthy of the calling wherewith you have been called

This I say and testify in the Lord that ye henceforth walk
not as other Gentiles walk in the futility of their mind...
that ye put off concerning the former conduct the old man,
which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
and be renewed in the spirit of your mind.
And that ye put on the new man, which after God
is created in righteousness and true holiness.....
Ephesians 4:1, 17,22-24

For many walk of whom I told you before,
and even tell you now weeping,
that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ,
whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly,
and whose glory is in their shame,
who set their minds on earthly things.
Philippians 3:18-19

Put to death therefore your members which are upon the land:
fornication, uncleanness, lust, evil desire, and greed which is idolatry...
Colossians 3:5

If anyone preaches otherwise and agrees not to wholesome words,
even to the words of our Lord Jesus Christ
and to the doctrine that is according to godliness,
he is proud knowing nothing
1 Tim 6:3-4

And let everyone that names the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
2 Tim 2:19

For as the body without the spirit is dead,
so faith without works is dead also. James 2:26

Hereby we do know that we know Christ,
if we keep His commands, he that says "I know Him"
and keeps not His commands is a liar and the truth is not in him.
1 John 2:3-4

Whoever disobeys the Torah and does not
abide in the doctrine of Christ, has not God,
whoever abides in the doctrine of Christ
has both the Father and the Son.
2 John 1:9-10  [Matthew 7:28]

Keep your heart humble and obedient to the Lord, follow the leading of the Holy Spirit and do not concern yourself with this

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
