New year, new coronavirus term?

Many people around the world kicked off 2022 by searching for more information about “flurona,” after Israel reported that two young pregnant women had tested positive for both the coronavirus and the flu.

Doctors have long been concerned about the potential impact of a “twindemic” — with influenza cases rising as covid-19 cases threaten to overwhelm hospitals — and called on people to get flu shots and coronavirus vaccinations. On the other hand, “flurona” refers to when one person has both respiratory infections at the same time — which health officials say is a possibility as cases of the highly contagious omicron variant of the coronavirus surge this winter across the world.

Here’s what we know so far.

Covid is suspiciously similar to the flu. Same symptoms. Same mortality rate... Mutates often... Hmmm

What do you think??? Has it been worth all the devastation that its caused? Was it worth handing up our God given rights?

I believe this is the greatest deception  of all time... We might even be on the brink of the end

Tell ya what I think.  This COVID stuff mutated so often that it effectively is a different disease. This is why shots don't work well, if at all, the masks they are admitting are useless (but we all already knew that) and even the tests can't detect Omicron well.  So what is it?  IMO another pandemic spawned from the first one.  The first one is almost gone, with some endemic regions perhaps, but these are different times now and is altogether different. Maybe should be called COVID-21.  Or maybe just the COVID flu.  And like other flus it's time for all the societies to get over their hypochondria and live with it.  I think most people where I live agree.  They "had it" with this lunacy.  Although I live in a leftist state, in this area there's enough that had it with this that mask wearing in public (except maybe very crowded places is almost nil.  I can go to the supermarket, small businesses and Home Depot and most do not wear masks except the elderly and fearful in the minority.  I think in crowded places they mandate them yet, but I would not know since I never was much into sports, concerts, amusement parks and the like.  I hate crowds to begin with.

As long as the governments of the world keep pushing fear, people will continue to live in fear. Covid is endemic now. We need to learn to live with it. Like previously said, only the elderly and the frightened wear masks and socially distance in my State. But we are a red state.

The flu vaccine is safe it has been around since the 1930's. I get it every year and have for many years. I am fine. I will not get the Covid vaccine because it is still experimental. So I am at least safe from the flu.

Im not sure how this has become so political but i might have to move to an American red state like Texas or Florida. They appear to be the safest places to be ATM

Here in Australia we are forced to vote or receive a fine. If i had the choice I wouldn't vote at all.

But its interesting how similar covid is to the flu...

They both have the same symptoms and they can both end the life of an elderly sick person

But the covid alarmism is beyond insane. Only the elderly are at risk yet they want to vax us all... Their criminals
