Omega is labeled as a "servant" administrator is a different position than a servant. You can question George or Omega on this if you want. George is labeled as a "steward". That is a person who has ownership or looks over the whole messageboard.

Actually Servant is an Admin title.  There are several that have behind the scenes servant abilities if I have a need arise.  But the way posts are reported these days ... it's much less than back in the day.  I believe more so because I don't have the patience to deal with those who consistently stir the pot.  When I first ran the forums I was 28 ... and everyone was older than I was ...now I'm over 50 and these days I've just developed a shorter leash and wish to spend my time more wisely.  :)

For example the total number of reported posts this entire week was ... 16 reported posts.  It's not like it used to be.  There was times when I didn't ban people and we'd have 15 reports daily!   2-3 reports a day ... not too crazy.  :)

Be blessed,

George

Yes, these labels were chosen by George to fit his ministry.   Omega is an administrator, but not a super administrator.  Only George is one of those.

Over the years I've had several conversations with George and the thing that impressed me was that George never failed to acknowledge that he is " merely" the Steward of Worthy Christian Forums.

The Super Administrator/ Owner is God..... Everything is His,including this Ministry. If I've learned nothing at all from George at least I learned that & that is to never forget WHO EVERYTHING belongs to .... Indeed,we are merely stewards.

Glory to God for this Worthy Ministry!

I have no doubts about George being humble, I have spoken to him, too.  Overall, a great guy.

When I said George is a super-adminstrator know that it is just a technical term in answer to a question.  I was expressing the administrator level of his account here, equivalent to root level access in a system like Unix, or Supervisor in a system like Novell, or an Enterprise Administrator in a Microsoft system.  I doubt there are Servants and Stewards on other forums made by Invision Community.  I believe George made a group equivalency to these administrator roles that are unique to this site.  Sorry if this illustration offended you, but I am puzzled as to why.

I would say this site belongs to George, but yes ultimately everything belongs to God.

I don't know what in the world would give you the impression that what you said offended me in anyway, because I quoted you perhaps? I find that odd but in any event just as you expressed your reasons for using the term" super administrator" I have expressed what George has told me his reasons for the terms he did" in fact" choose for this place.....funny,I still have difficulty referencing WCF as just a " site" or " message board" as so many do....Worthy is so much more than that,it is truly a Ministry.

I really didn't expect any reply from you because my sentiments had absolutely nothing to do with you and I'm a little confused as to why you have taken it so personal..... My purpose of my message was not to praise George for his humilty but to Glorify Almighty God for Who He IS...

George answered the question that was asked,Omegaman is an Administrator.

Anyway,I quote people often as a reference for one thing or another  and it doesn't mean a thing ,no ulterior motives - lol

Not so personal, just confused because I was quoted.  I appreciate your clarifying that you quoted me for no particular reason because when you quote a person, it looks exactly like you are addressing them directly.  It looked corrective.

I agree that a ministry is more than it's platform.  God bless.

It is called humility and we don't see that much of it in the Christian world today.

Hi Peeps

So very true- there is a rampant spirit of pride loose ,seems more so than ever before.

Apparently the other person in the PM included Omega. I did not know that.

What a rotten thing to do to someone. Sorry that happened to you.

I think it was my fault for not noticing someone else was added to the PM. I won't let that happen again.

It was a tiny oversight which led to some misunderstanding. Saying it was your "fault" makes it sound like you did something "wrong"! It was just an innocent mistake and the thing got overblown. I think it is past time that people let it go, but hey, what do I know?  It was over two weeks ago, is there anything more to say which has not been said?

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
