So, when you see the 7 Mountains (Powers) in Rev. 17 you somehow can't QUITE GRASP that the Rev. 12 Seven Heads and 10 Horns with 7 CROWNS on the Heads = Satan is in charge whilst the 7 Heads and 10 Horns(Complete E.U.) with 10 CROWNS on the Horns = the Anti-Christ who arises from the E.U. being in charge.

Meanwhile the 7 Heads and 10 Horns with NO CROWNS means that the Scarlet Colored Beast (Apollyon) has NO KINGDOM on this earth, but the 7 in each case represents the exact same kingdoms, 5 who had fallen, Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Persia and Greece, whilst the ONE THAT WAS, had to be Rome, and the one who would come for a short time had to be the Anti-Christ/Beast. 

The scriptures has ZERO to do with Jerusalem being built on 7 hills, the reference is to 7 Kingdoms, not 7 Hills. It is 7 Mountains or POWERS that arise.

God in this chapter (Rev. 17) is telling you the LAST BEAST can only be ONE MAN. Its there. Dan. 7;11 and Rev. 19:20 also tells us the last Beast is a MAN. The number 666 just signifies he's a MAN not a kingdom like all of the others.

This is the difference between a person called to Prophecy and a person not called unto Prophecy.

So, the Gospel sets all of what we now know as the Western Civilizations free via the Gospels preaching's. Rome goes from a Beast to a Conveyor Belt of the Gospel, where for 1000 plus years the Latin Vulgate was the premier bible of note. So, the FIGURATVE Beast, went away (DIED) and the Gospel took over the Western Civilizations and freed them from paganism, which is now taking back over, read Johnathan Cahn's book "Return of the GODS" it tells all about this, and why our Western cultures are returning to its former paganistic ways. 

So, Rome was a BEAST...........Then they were the center for the furtherance of the Gospel via the Christian Church for 1000 plus years. And you do not understand this was the Beast receiving a Mortal Wound for many years until the Anti-Christ REVIVES this dead Beast System by once again Conquering Israel, which could not have even been done until 1948. 

Let me guess, you think a MAN will die and be REBORN right? That is wrong, of course.

In all your posts here, perhaps you got ONE THING right: the woman, "Mystery Babylon" is 'that great city" and this is speaking of JERUSALEM. The "mystery" Jerusalem is the Jerusalem from which the Beast and False Prophet deceive the entire world. The "mystery" Babylon (Jerusalem while the Beast is there) will be utterly destroyed and never seen again, but the physical city will be destroyed and will be rebuilt as Jesus will rule from Jerusalem.

Perhaps you should read this with no punctuation—the way it was written.

This is talking about seven kingdoms and seven kings, one king for each kingdom. The "woman" the harlot, is not siting on Jerusalem, she IS Jerusalem, but only the mystery city while the Beast and False Prophet are there deceiving the entire world.

She is seen "sitting" on this Beast Empire of seven nations because she is using them for her power and at the same time she is deceiving them. They all worship the Beast, or think they are, when, in fact, they are worshipping the devil. 

God's plan is that the world would see HIM when they see the Holy City. The devil will twist this so much that the world will be deceived from this city. It therefore becomes a mystery city of deception.
