It all gets reckoned from

Luke 1:5 THERE was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth.

Luke 1:6 And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.

Luke 1:7 And they had no child, because that Elisabeth was barren, and they both were now well stricken in years.

Luke 1:8 And it came to pass, that while he executed the priest's office before God in the order of his course,

Luke 1:9 According to the custom of the priest's office, his lot was to burn incense when he went into the temple of the Lord.

Luke 1:10 And the whole multitude of the people were praying without at the time of incense.

Luke 1:11 And there appeared unto him an angel of the Lord standing on the right side of the altar of incense.

Luke 1:12 And when Zacharias saw him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him.

Luke 1:13 But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John.

That John being John the Baptist

Who was 6 months older than Jesus.

John conceived June 24 in  5 BC 23 Sivan
Jesus begotten Dec 25 5 BC 1 Tebeth
John born March 28 4 BC 7 Nisan
Jesus born Sept 29 4 BC  15 Tisri

The 'course of Abia'  the 8th priestly course has  very specific dates from which to work with.  Taking into consideration the traditions and travel times...

Doctor Michael Heiser agrees with me on September 11,3 BC.

September 11: Happy Birthday to Jesus - Dr. Michael Heiser (drmsh.com)         Details of why can be found in this URL address.

According to Stellarium, On September 9, 3 BC at Noon at Bethlehem the Moon is 29.4 days old (Waning Crescent). On September 10, 3 BC at Noon at Bethlehem the Moon is 0.8 days old (Waxing Crescent). On September 9, 3 BC the moon was close to the Sun having an ecliptic longitude of 162.59° while the Sun's was 163.9°. This means that Rosh Hashanah took place on September 10, 3BC. September 11 is thus the second day of the Jewish Lunar year. September 12 is the third day of the Jewish year. This leads us to pick September 12 as the day Jesus was born. Jesus was resurrected on the third day after His crucifixion. We thus see the 3 number, the number of the Holy Trinity showing up. Also the 12 number points to the 12 Apostles and the 12 tribes of Israel.

From:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biblical_numerology

Quote

Twelve. Reflects the 12 lunar months in a lunar year and refers to completeness, often associated with the people of God. There are twelve tribes of Israel and Jesus made the decision to have twelve apostles.

And another thing. When Jesus was born, whether it is 11 or 12 September, planet Jupiter was very close to the star Regulus(synod). We thus have the planet which is the largest of the planets of our solar system, the "king planet" who related to the Greek god, Zeus who was king of the 12 gods(Dodecatheon). We then have the King star the brightest star of the Leo constellation that relates to the Lion of Judah. This close encounter led the three Wise Men to consider that a king of the Jews would be born. So it turns out that September 12 was a Thursday, where Thursday is the day of Jupiter. If Jesus were born on September 11 He would have been born on the day of Mercury. This is another piece of information that lends credence to the September 12 3 BC theory.

According to:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biblical_numerology

Quote

Forty. Represents a generation or a full period of time. David and Solomon each ruled over all of Israel for 40 years. Moses was associated with 40 several times: he was 40-years-old when he was exiled from Egypt, he returned 40 years later to lead the Hebrews out of captivity, spent 40 days atop Mount Sinai, spent 40 years with the Hebrews wandering in the desert, and so forth. Goliath challenged the Israelites for 40 days before David killed him. Jesus was tempted by Satan in the desert for 40 days. Jesus remained in Jerusalem and Galilee for 40 days before his ascension.

It is estimated that on average childbirth takes place 40 weeks after a woman's last menstruation. This time period is equal to 280 days. If we measure 280 days before the birth of Jesus on September 12, 3 BC, we end up with the date December 6, 4 BC. Since it is a whole number of weeks, we are once again on a Thursday(day of Jupiter(King)).

But Saint Nicholas passed away exactly 346 years after this date.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Nicholas

Quote

Saint Nicholas of Myra (traditionally 15 March 270 – 6 December 343), also known as Nicholas of Bari, was an early Christian bishop of Greek descent from the maritime city of Myra in Asia Minor (Greek: Μύρα; modern-day Demre, Turkey) during the time of the Roman Empire.

His reputation evolved among the pious, as was common for early Christian saints, and his legendary habit of secret gift-giving gave rise to the traditional model of Santa Claus ("Saint Nick") through Sinterklaas.

This link titled "The Birth of Jesus and the Day of Trumpets" has the proposed date of the birth of Jesus. But it does not agree with the astronomical data. I don't know what astronomy software or source Dr. Ernest L. Martin used.

What have you got for when He was begotten and began to 'dwell amongst us' back in December?

This calculation uses the geocentric latitude of Jerusalem.

According to Wikipedia:

Quote

Geocentric latitude (also known as spherical latitude, after the 3D polar angle): the angle between the radius (from center to the point on the surface) and the equatorial plane. There is no standard notation: examples from various texts include θ, ψ, q, ϕ′, ϕc, ϕg.

In the screen-shot an online tool is used to convert from geodetic to geocentric latitude.

I use the geographical coordinates of the Cenacle. According to Wikipedia:

Quote

The Cenacle (from the Latin cēnāculum, "dining room"), also known as the Upper Room (from the Koine Greek anagaion and hyperōion, both meaning "upper room"), is a room in Mount Zion in Jerusalem, just outside the Old City walls, traditionally held to be the site of the Last Supper, the final meal that, in the Gospel accounts, Jesus held with the apostles. According to the Christian Bible, the Cenacle was a place in which the apostles continued to gather after the Last Supper, and it was also the site where the Holy Spirit alighted upon the eleven apostles on Pentecost.

In the Bible account of the ascension of Jesus we read about Bethany. The Tomb of Lazarus at Bethany has a latitude which is practically identical to that of the Cenacle. So we can use either place. It turns out that the geocentric latitude is equal to 31 plus  three fifths of a degree. Just like in the case of the geodetic latitude of Bethlehem I use a 365 day year. If the starting date is September 12, 3 BC then the ending date is April 10, 30 AD. This is Easter Monday. If the starting date is September 11, 3 BC then the ending date is April 9, 30 AD. This is Easter Sunday, the day of Jesus Christ's resurrection.

Another revelation:

The geographical coordinates of Nazareth through the geodetic latitude encompass the time period between the birth of Jesus and the 1 year passing from his ascension to the heavens.

The first picture refers to the September 12, 3 BC birth hypothesis. It uses the geographical coordinates of the Basilica of the Annunciation at Nazareth.

The second picture refers to the September 11, 3 BC birth hypothesis. It uses the geographical coordinates of the Greek Orthodox Church of the Annunciation at Nazareth.

The methodology has not changed, I used a 365 day year.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
