Some years ago, the US legislators repealed parts of the Smith-Mundt act (2012), allowing the government to use propaganda directly against the American people.  That means they could hire a movie studio to fake some footage to gain approval to start a war, or alter data, or just out right lie to you at a news conference.

If you were gullible enough to think that the FDA and CDC, and any other government agency won't lie to you, ... SURPRISE!

Now that you know, if you choose to believe everything they say without checking for yourself, you have chosen to be duped.

Whether or not it has been partially repealed has nothing to do with your erroneous interpretation.

Writing that it allows the government to use propaganda directly against the American people is nonsense.  And also, writing "that means they could hire a movie studio to fake some footage to gain approval to start a war, or alter data, or just outright lie to you at a news conference" is even more bizarre.

If you can't do the smallest amount of research for yourself, that's too bad.  I gave you the name of the legislation, and what it was about, the year, and what was repealed. 

You might be what Rush Limbaugh referred to as a low information voter.

I have a vague recollection that the Democratic Party, in the U.S., was created for atheists.  Do you know if this is true?

Atheists would seem to gravitate towards the Democrat party, but I have not heard specifically if the US Democrat Party was created on a religious basis.  It might be true, though. 

The way the voting system is setup in the USA, there is effectively a two party system and the dominating parties would like you to think you are a dot somewhere straight on a line, but in truth there are many parties and the political map is more diamond shaped, like this map below:

 

 

The Left and the Statists would both be considered democrats on this map, but they are Democrats for different reasons. 

Statists would include dictators, Marxists, authoritarians, fascists, socialist, communists, egalitarians, collectivists, globalists, groups like BLM and ANTIFA (ironically) and more.  You will find the most evil groups in the world are somehow all, effectively, Democrats.

The biggest difference between the Left, and their lower quadrant counter parts, is their belief in Capitalism versus something else, like Socialism.  In fact, the entire map you see is based on your beliefs in freedom, both personal and economic; what you believe about freedom coincidentally places you exactly on the map.  Statists want the least freedom, personal and economic, and the Libertarians desire the most freedoms for you and themselves.

I have no doubts that someone wrote this. Most modern day conservatives in the US are not particularly bothered by false statements as long as the issuer of the false statements is waging the correct battles. You can tell this by how many are devoted to a particular former President. However, the truth is very easy to look up on your own.
