Powerful Warrior Angels

I heard this story:


There was a Christian woman who was walking to her car
in a lonely parking lot late in the evening.


Suddenly three evil looking men stepped out from behind
cars where they had been hiding.


The three men started walking toward her.


She could tell by looking at them that they intended to harm her.


She froze.


Yet she felt peace in her heart believing that the Lord would protect
her.


The three men kept walking toward her and when they got about 15
feet from her, suddenly they froze, and a look of extreme fear came
upon their faces.


They then turned around and ran for their lives.


The woman had no idea what caused the three men to turn and run.


Later the police arrested the three men and one of them told the police
that they had seen a powerful being standing beside the women with a
drawn sword in his hand.


They said his face was like a blazing golden light and that he appeared
at least 10 feet tall.


And that they could tell from his body language that he was going to kill
them if they harmed the woman.

Armies of powerful warrior angels protect we the people of God.


There is an unseen world out there that we cannot see at the present
time. But it is as real as it gets.

Yes, this can happen if God wants it to happen for one of His children's protection but it is not common. There have been other stories of the angels protecting a person. This is called epiphany.

I have heard stories like this many times in my life, and none of them ever have any evidence or hold any weight.  They are just stories.  Of course, if such events were common in the modern age with smartphones, everybody today would know it and the evidence would be palpable and uncontested.  Yet, such evidence is not forthcoming.

When people tell stories, and nobody can verify them, it is like hearsay and mythology.

Well Dave, the problem with that is the entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation

is PACKED with clear bold examples of angels who have interacted with humans

and have helped us.. And there are zero reasons to believe that angel-help

has stopped and many reasons to believe that it has not stopped. What reasons?

Merely read those Bible verses upthread. For example:

"If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,”
and you make the Most High your dwelling,

Not saying  that ALL angel stories are true.

Hebrews 13:2 Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.

The sense of NT scripture above says this is historic and probably will continue for a few. I think there is merit in some of these stories and testimonies, though, as stated above, they are not that common.

We all live in a fallen world; Satan, with his minions, is the prince and power of the air, presently the god of this world. The sun and rain fall on the just and unjust alike at present, and the Lord’s blessings still flow on the believer and non-believer.

Hebrews 1:14 Are they not all ministering (attending) spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation? [emphasis added].

These appear to be in the background, unseen, working on our behalf. There are also demonic entities all around us trying to destroy us.

There are also Christian testimonies of people sensing danger and changing or averting what they were doing or going. Where did this sense originate from, inside ourselves or an attending spirit?

I do not know why some receive a direct angelic intervention or if it is for God's purpose, plan, and His glory. Perhaps something that person(s) will accomplish for the kingdom of God in the future, or a testimony?

I think we forget or don't know just how much we mean to God our Father.. of our lord Jesus Christ. Always loved how those letters in the word talked to each other. I have noticed personal and others how most of time they don't talk lol. Even setting Peter free didn't talk. Today we don't think like our bothers and sisters did and we should! Well Peter gets to the door knocks and what was their first thought? Yeah OOH ITS PETER! Nope.. "Oh its just Peters angel". "But they said to her, “You are beside yourself!” Yet she kept insisting that it was so. So they said, “It is his angel.”

Think about that. To just say that there had to be other times Peters angel popped up so to speak. Our first thought is never a angel. Not to talk to chat with them. Any way
