There are a great many things most of us don't know about, @MonicaWife

It pains us to confront the stark reality of man, for we abstain from assuming evil of others. Slow to speak, and quick to listen; this is how we who see darkly and know only in part become wise as serpents and harmless as doves.

George is not in the business of dealing with topics in a haphazard or careless fashion, something I have observed during my time on Worthy. Therefore, I trust that our brother had good reasons motivating what was done.

It is not always appropriate to share those reasons with others. In fact, it is best to remain silent about such things for the most part. For example, being a member of staff here at the nonprofit where I serve the Lord, discretion is paramount. If a client approaches me and requests information regarding a confidential matter, I do not share that information with them. It's not their concern, my friend.

I've studied many case examples of scam artists on the internet, and some are very skilled at playing the sympathies of those they seek to prey upon. They patiently contrive heart-wrenching stories, and most work a number of different scams simultaneously. Sooner or later, they play their hand: the hook emerges, and they ask for monetary assistance from unwitting victims of their confidence scheme.

I'm not saying that's the case here, sister. However, I have witnessed tell-tale signs. Believe me when I say that scammers can be very patient indeed, but eventually find it necessary to escalate their game in order to score ill-gotten gains. It's how they make a living.

It's a terrible thing.

There is a lot of work behind the scenes where much of that stuff is dealt with before any or many see it.

Because this is a public forum, its not possible to prevent folks from gaining access unless it is obvious there is a concern when they first try to join. At that point they are dealt with appropriately.

Believe me--it takes a lot of time and effort to be so diligent.

I understand that, but he's been in here since 2018!

Time is fickle in that within time, people can and do change.  I certainly am not the same person I was when I joined.  Some change for the better and others seem to fall back a little.  As life gives us mountains and valleys, what we do with them determines who we become after we walk the path.  I've seen some come here with the greatest testimonies and advice only to watch them change after a period of time, and I've also seen people come here kicking and screaming at life and in a short time find peace.  Nobody knows what tomorrow will bring for any of us, which is why it's important to not remain silent when we see something going on that doesn't sit right with us.

There is not one member who can sit here and read every post that is created and have control of every situation.  That is why we need to report something if it seems off or against the TOS.  Just ignoring the member will not help anyone but the person putting someone on ignore.  Ignoring someone never warns others of a developing issue or possible danger.  Just as remaining silent never helps, reporting others just because you disagree with them does no good either.  We need to use discernment, wisdom and common sense in order to have a place to come where the members are safe and those who need help can get the help they need.

Sending someone money for the most part is like feeding someone a fish.  When they are hungry again, they will ask for more from you.  Helping someone to learn how to fish will feed them for a long time.  Sometimes all that is really needed is to help them find the resources out there where they can get what it is they need.

Very well said! And hopefully we all can grow in faith in here and everywhere, learning to trust that when we are seeking Abba Father's righteousness, Kingdom and will first of all, He has promised to provide us with everything else we need, right?

I've compassion both for those who actually are in need, but also for those who pretend to be in need, as I know that the craving for money/mammon can only lead to a disaster.

Nobody wants Plavious to leave,he is certainly in need of our prayers and to delete his profile or account would not serve any good purpose, would it?

He & I are talking in pm and I personally am doing whatever I can possibly do to support & encourage him - correction served a much better purpose than restrictions would, imo

No one doubts he is suffering & he needs love, compassion & God's Truth from us- sometimes tough love is needed but as long as God Leads the Way then it will be for all of our good ,& to the Glory of God!

With love in Christ,kwik

Okay, I hear you. Nevertheless, I'm still confused, as I can see that they've not deleted his profile, nor one of the last posts where he sent photos which contained sensitive information of himself.

I didn't see that before ... but on the ToS ... it's pretty clear ...

No “spamming” allowed. Spamming is flooding the forums, mass PMs or emailing multiple members of this forum with unsolicited messages. It also includes links in posts or Sigs to sites that sell or solicits funds. No solicitation of any form will be allowed.

Just so you know, I generally remove all spam or solicitation type of posts whenever they are reported.  I do not have the ability to verify or not verify any request and I certainly don't want to spend my time doing so.  My time is already limited.

Just so you know this was my weekend ...

Friday ... went to NY ... spoke at Jonathan Cahns' ... left late last night returned home at 2 AM ...

Saturday ... spoke this morning

Tomorrow off and running to speak on the Eastern Shore of Maryland then I'm driving to Florida Sunday night to get to Daytona Beach by Tuesday.

That's my typical type of schedule .. it's just that crazy ... so I certainly don't have the time to chase down legitimate or illegitimate claims.

Be blessed,

George

@George Thank you for the work you do in fulfillment of your calling. May the fruit of it be a blessing to many if not all.

Shalom George! Thank you for taking the time to reply and share the information which I probably should have known. Now I know.

People are going to continue that unless they get some supervision on Worthy. People are going to be confused why their posts have been deleted and other questions which they will get no answer for. George is too busy for Worthy and Omega 3 is not on Worthy very often. Which leaves what?

I've heard that there's at least 12 male moderators in here (+?), and I'm praying 🙏🏽 for more. 😊

I'm on a number of forums and I believe (fwiw) that this community is very well moderated.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
