No doubt Jesus called out Satan and his influence upon that world and what was going to happen to the 'end' of the religious one (no need for a place to worship your King once you reject Him)

I agree Rome was a part of the statue, but it doesn't hold much more than also being 'a type' of what is to come.  The final kingdom will be a mix of the other kingdoms, come in FAST like the leopard, heavy like the bear, ect., at least that is how I see it.  

One thing for sure, the last beast rises up AFTER 95AD.  And by rising I mean coming out of hiding.  The mystery of Iniquity has been working underground, in the darkness getting all it's ducks in a row for the it's season.

Another place in which I differ with lots is, 'God is the God of the living and not the dead.  I know what living is and living is not being dead, not sleeping, not in the grave, AND most certainly NOT further from God than we are now.    

Abraham the father of faith because not under the law, not under anything, he had faith in God and His powers over life and death.  And so I don't believe he went into the grave, just his carcass did, but like us he rose up from death, but NOT THE PLACE OF THE DEAD.  Different from Enoch and Elijah only in that he rose from his dead body while theirs didn't but were transformed.  Again, I understand this is just what I have been given.  Thank God my beliefs don't depend upon others beliefs or else I too would find conflict all over the Bible, and I don't find any.

BUT PERSONALLY, and ALL ALONE YET AGAIN, I believe that this part

'& resurrection', CAME AS A complete shock to Satan.  I think when all those bound by death BECAUSE OF SIN were washed clean and all penalties/ransoms were paid and they were set free of hell...

I think it cause a WAR UP IN HEAVEN.  What was Satans, what would have been Satans NO LONGER WAS SATANS.  

ALL those souls who would have died in sin and gone to hell to pay the penalty and so KEPT FROM GOD, now falling under the UNBRELLA OF FAITH, and no longer going to hell, because they HAVE NO IMPUTED SIN having been SAVED BY THE GIFT OF SALvation.  

It is such a strange feeling to have been given the understanding in the words of God that I have been given, that bring with them complete peace and rest, that is at such odds with everyone elses who don't seem to have attained that at all.  I just don't know what i would do if I didn't look at this body dying 'the common death' as more of a gain, rather than a loss.  I feel like a stranger here, a partaker in the flesh and blood, but I don't feel at home by any means.  Never really have.  I can't hardly wait to FOLLOW HIM, having left this body behind and being raised up in my incorruptible one.  I do hope I will look more like what I see in my head, than in the mirror, like a little corrective 'spiritual body surgery'!!!.  I am thinking that would be nice, no more imperfections everyone everywhere like
