There's nothing in Daniel 7 or 8 that points to Rome.  NOT ONE verse of end-time prophecy points to Rome.

I am going to try and answer this in sections if you do not mind since there is so much to consider. But regarding the above (only), the rough goat is certainly Greece with Alexander being the Large Horn of the 3rd kingdom.

The second point to make is that almost ALL of Daniel is NOT end time prohecy. That is what you may have been taught and it certainly reflects today's accepted interpretations but not so... not even close.

NO, you can not separate Darius and Cyrus any more than you can separate Medes and the Persian kingdom.. They represent the two horns. They represent the bear in chapter 8 - the bear having one side higher or greater than the other side.

Greece is represented by the brass or bronze thighs and stomack area. They were known for using brass / bronze and Alexander had a great "appetitite (stomach) for warfare and was known to power through (strong thighs) his enemies. 

The legs and feet of iron are Rome.

Most people believe that Medo-Persia form the arms of silver or the 'inferior kingdom.'

The Medes are the inferior part of the two powers of Medes-Persians. This was necessary to fulfill at least two separate prophecies - Babylon would be conqured by an inferior kingdom (Medes), but in Isaiah, the prophecy was that Cyrus would conquer Babylon. These two kings / kingdoms had to happen this way to fulfill these two seemingly conflicting prophecies.

Yes, and doesn't that make you questiond how such a comment / prophecy could possibly be made? How could an "inferior" kingdom possibly conquer sucha tremndous military force like Babylon while sitting behind such an impenentrable fortress like Babylon?  

Because it would NOT be conquered by force. Darius was given the kingdom to rule by Cyrus but it was not conquered by military might. Thus, it was conquered by an inferior part of the Medes-Persian army. Also, did you notice that in this prophecy God does NOT mention the type of metal of the 2nd kingdom (brass or bronze)? It is because  Babylon will not be conquered by might - military force.

The word 'inferior' proves otherwise. Inferior is the word "arah" which means earth, world, and ground.  

In Daniel 2 'inferior' is coupled with the word BELOW which in the NT - inferior means 'TO MAKE LESS'. Gesenius says, "the ground, and adverb below" - inferior.  The interlinear uses the word, 'earthward'.  Inferior means 'less land' and that rules out the Medo-Persian empire as the second empire since it was all of 4 times the size of Babylon.  It wasn't 'land inferior' to Babylon.  The Median Empire was not only short-lived but was also much smaller making it the inferior kingdom.

Daniel, Isaiah, and Jeremiah's prophecies ascribe the conquest and destruction of Babylon to the Darius and the Medes, NOT Cyrus the Persian.

According to the Vatican itself the Pope IS this man, IS the man who speaks against the Most High, IS the man who changes set times and laws and IS the man that oppresses God's holy people.   Read this:

"The Pope and God are the same, so he has all power in heaven and earth." (Barclay Cap. XXVII, p. 218. Cities Petrus Bertrandus, Pius V.)

Blaspheme means 'claiming to be God'.  If there is any greater example of a claim to be God by one who isn't, I haven't heard or read of it anywhere else.  

Pope Pius XII was in authority from 1939 to 1958.  It was this pope that made a concordant with Nazi Germany...that turned a blind eye to the Holocaust death of six million innocent Jews as well as another six million political prisoners.  It was murder on an industrial scale and the RCC endorsed it! It was this pope that enabled the escape of hundreds of Nazi war criminals from justice following the surrender of Germany to the Allies in 1945 (*).

THE REASON the post-modern church, protestant as well as catholic, worships God on Sunday is because of the dictates of the Pope, not the will of God, not the LAW OF GOD (4th commandment), to please man instead of God.

Has God not said the last day of the week is appropriate for worship of Him?   Yet hypocritical followers of Christ, who worship on Sunday, claim to be better than God.

To this end special prayers are uttered by RCC priests and/or sold to living members with the intention of raising dead relatives and friends out of hell toward heaven.  These prayers are written on 'prayer cards' available from the local parish or from distributors onLine.  Prayer Cards bought from the local parish are somewhat more expensive than the bulk variety available from eBay or Amazon orders.

How bad does it have to get before somebody 'gets it'?
