In your previous post, you made mention of being freed of your idols in "the future".  So, what are you waiting for?

It seems your reasoning is unreasonable.  You confuse modern technology with idol worship.  I use modern technology to be more efficient, so I can get more done.  That is not idol worship.

This isn't relevant to your "idol worship" rantings.  To be double minded is to be confused, as many believers are.  They have learned traditions rather than the truth.  If believers would take Acts 17:11 to heart, they would be able to discern what is tradition and what is truth.  What the Bible SAYS is truth.  What most preachers say is tradition.

In the shortly upcoming future, as the earth continues to degrade due to the love mankind has for the things his hands produce (currently through fossil fuel burning industries), there comes a big split as depicted in the Olivet discourse, where families will come apart, with those who love the things of this world under Satan turning in unto their deaths, other family members who will reject a continuing love for the things of this world that are causing earths destruction.

Modern technology has resulted in greater productivity and many things.  You can live in the stone age if you want.  Just having modern technology doesn't automatically mean the owners "worship" them.

And yet, modern technology is currently causing a tremendous amount of damage to earths environmental resources.

I see that you've bought the lies of the political far left.  They only use "environmentalism" to further their agenda of world domination and control.

They deny Creator God and the FACT that humanity is UNABLE to destroy what God created.  The earth will be destroyed by fire some day, but that is on His own timetable, not man's.

This is the world we live in FreeGrace, which is the devils and therefore we all currently comply and live for the things of this world (including the Amish).

By the way, I originally posted on what I believed to be a true disciple. After this, I merely responded to your questions which have gone all over the place.

Rather, I've only been responding to what you have posted.  Let's get back to the subject of the OP.

The Bible says clearly that God is the One who will destroy the earth.  Man is unable to destroy what God creates.

You should stop listening to the environmental wackos.  They are satanic.  They want to control the world.

They only care about having power and control.  Just like Satan.

This "child" is none other than the Lord Jesus Christ, and His being "caught up" refers to His ascension after His resurrection.

The Lord calls John to heaven in Revelation 4:1 to be shown things forthcoming, thus indicating all events in subsequent chapters forthcoming after the first century AD. The man child in Revelation 12, is about the remnant saints who will then be singularly minded with faith solely in and on Christ. They will then do the miracles that Christ did, and even greater miracles.

Revelation 4:1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.

I know many believers who would have responded just like Peter to the beggar.  Which proves that not all believers today are double minded.

Yep.  Keep in mind as an apostle and with the specific spiritual gift he would be more sensitive than others.

That's great if you know of many singularly minded believers who would respond as did Peter, who then miraculously caused the lame beggar to no longer be lame. Can you tell me of some of these individuals miracles?

Who then do you think Gods wrath befalls upon who are destroying the earth in Revelation 11:18? Those who are destroying the earth cause the environmental and other woes in Revelation chapters 8 and 9, that according to Revelation 9:20 is due to the love mankind has for the things his hands produce (currently produced primarily through fossil fuel burning industries).

Revelation 11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

Revelation 9:20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:

Revelation 12, is not a historical recounting of the Lord Jesus being caught up to heaven. That should have been fairly obvious from my response.

I never insinuated that there are believers today to perform miracles.  That gift is no longer in existence.  It was to confirm apostleship so that people would pay attention.

Anyone can preach anything.  So what?  To establish and grow the early church, miracles gave credence to the apostles.  Read Acts 8 and Philip in Samaria.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
