Indeed. Every day is the day that our Lord will return. Whether my time is finished first or, He returns while I'm still in this world, that day is the greatest day of all. It's the day I look forward to with hope and joy. I'm only here because it pleased the Lord that I remain.

Having faced the end of this body of corruption I also faced fear along the way so that, when the end was upon me, I looked forward to it being over. Ah, but it wasn't my time. I inquired as to when my time will be but the Lord would not reveal this to me; it isn't for me to know.

The same is true of His return. Only the Father knows when He will return but being the recipient of His longsuffering kindness, I know better than to assume that He is slack regarding His promises. So, every day is the day when the Lord will return. It will go well for those who walk with Him in such a way.

And I think the Lord's way for us to do this is by being lovingly involved with the other members of His body.

Most importantly, we are to go out and spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost not just hang out with the saved.  But yes, we also need to be gathered with other believers in order to encourage one another.  There needs to be a balance of salt and light.

Matthew 28:19-20

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.

7 And he called unto him the twelve, and began to send them forth by two and two; and gave them power over unclean spirits; (Mk.6:7).

1  After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come (Lk.10:1).

There are times when you must take responsibility alone, but two by two is the Lord's way. In Exodus 26 the Lord's House is built one board upon TWO sockets. It is called "the Tabernacle of congregation". And ...

29 O that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would consider their latter end! 30 How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight... (Deut.32:29–30).

By two is the Lords way, but not the way that is not the most highest way.

Ecclesiastes 4 from Solomon, tells of the two or three together. ( but a greater than Solomon is here in Christ. Matthew 12:42.)

Ecclesiastes 4:9 Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.
10 For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.
11 Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone?
12 And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.

The judgement/word of Christ is true, and notice the difference.

The law ( men) held that the testimony of two men is true.

But now, ( grace) the Son of God ( is come rom heaven) bears witness of Himself, ( speaking on earth) and the Father who sent the So bears witness of the Son.

The Father never leaves the Son, as the Son always does those things that please Him.

John 8:16 And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me.

John 8:17 It is also written in your law, that the testimony of two men is true.
18 I am one that bear witness of myself, and the Father that sent me beareth witness of me.

John 8:29 And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.

The two or three men in Ecclesiastes, and the two men, in the law, now has a greater testimony/witness, it is of the Father and the Son.

Belief is in that one, it is not in any man, we knew Christ after the flesh, now we know Him no more that way, now we know no man after the flesh. ( as was the word in Ecclesiastes and in the law.)

2 Corinthians 5:16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.

Here is the judgement:

Luke 18:32 Remember Lot's wife.
33 Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.
34 I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.
35 Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
36 Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

If our Lord decided on two together, I'm happy. If you would one day join me, or me you, i would be happy. Sometimes three is better because two men should be careful to enter a widow's house to preach or baptize. If the the third was a sister it maintains the testimony better.

A geodesic dome is a hemispherical thin-shell structure (lattice-shell)

based on a geodesic polyhedron. The rigid triangular elements of the dome

distribute stress throughout the structure, making geodesic domes able

to withstand very heavy loads for their size.

@debrakay Another important verse about Christian activities is Acts 2.42:

"And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers."

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
