Romans 5 gives the reason why men die. Verses 12-17 lay forth a sad picture. Because of the Law of Kinds (Gen.1:11-12) everything will produce what it is. A dog has puppies, cats have kittens and sinful man produces sinful men. Romans 5 even says that our condition is not even our own fault, but Adam's. This sinful nature is designated "sin" (singular). It is used 47 times in the Book of Romans, whereas the word "sins" (plural) is used only four times. "Sins" (plural) are the issue, or result, of man's sinful nature. In God's recovery work He has to deal with sin (singular) and sins (plural). Not only because of judicial retribution, but because God's salvation is for the whole man.

Thus, when our Lord Jesus appeared and ministered on earth, he came, among other things, as BOTH the "Sin Offering" AND the "Trespass Offering". John Baptist, sent in the Spirit of Elijah to announce Jesus, announces Him with the words;

"Behold the Lamb of God Who takes away the SIN of the world"!

Jesus' death is valid for all men. Israel had been worshiping idols in Egypt WITH the Egyptians. All were guilty of death. And equally ALL were allowed to paint the doors with blood. The difference was not nationality. It is NOT; "... the Lamb of Israel Who takes the sin of Israel away ...!" The difference was FAITH. Israel believed Moses and lived while Egypt did not heed the warning. The Lamb is for THE WORLD and is there to take the SIN (singular) away so that God can JUDICIALLY raise men from the dead. The Trespass Offering is to save men from the Second Death. The Lamb and the brazen serpent are there to allow men to LIVE PHYSICALLY. To conquer death ALL men must be raised. That is why the wording of scripture is ... "I will draw ALL to me". The Lake of Fire is for "SINS". Death is for "SIN" (singular).

I don't see so-called universal redemption.  2 Thessalonians 3.2: "All men have not faith".

I wondered who would see it that way. Let me repeat. ALL men RESURRECTED (Jn.5:28-29, 1st Cor.15:22, Rev.21:4). That is, PHYSICAL DEATH is overcome - not the Second Death - perdition. God is righteous. The guilty will not escape.

Jesus knew the testimony of man by "the secrets of the heart".

John 3:11 Most assuredly, I say to you, We speak what We know and testify what We have seen,

and you do not receive Our witness. 

According to Christ, a faithful and true witness only speaks of what is known by experience,

and what has been seen of God's own right arm, and in pureness of heart.

This excludes all opinions and speculations as heresay hearsay.

I've always tried to say I only share what I know and have experienced. Amen
